Pinning TB500/BPC for elbow
-
I've done a few injections into the elbow with GHK. Just pinch it against a wall and get that needle beneath the skin, it's not hard.
The TB doesn't have to be local and should carry it to the inflamed region.I'm also looking into Plasma Rich Platelet Injections later in the day. Google it, they probably have several centers open in your city.

@stan-douglas have you looked into PRF? PRP is good for collagen production but causes lots of swelling. PRF has more stem cells, doesn’t have the anticoagulant additive that PRP has, and is better for healing injured sites.

I haven’t really seen any difference injecting near the injury site vs not, and the research I have read is mixed - that is, these diffuse system-wide quickly.
I have bought, used, and given away 8 of these for tendonitis caused by jiujitsu over the past 10 years. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B010P9Q13K the pressure relieves the pain for most people, allowing you to do normal activities and also light workouts to facilitate recovery. It’s $22 well spent.

@MyB
I have an appointment with a new Ortho next Monday, they do stem cell too so probably offer it. I'll look into it, thanks!REALLY disappointed my past Ortho was only interested in getting me scanned a passing me off to physical therapy when this was an option. It just dovetails with what we're ALL going through with peptides on the table and our own personal doctors never mentioning them!

@ResearchCat Ima gonna order me one of these sleeves. I had to get a cortisone shot in my elbow last week because my tendonitis was just getting unbearable. I was suffering big time from that shot because of the pressure, but 2 days later it started feeling better. It's surprising to me because I've been on Klow for about 7 weeks at 8mg (30 units). Thought that should have prevented it.

Weird stuff. When i was on klow my tennis elbow went away. Stopped klow for a month and it came roaring back.
I injected bpc 2x daily in between the crease of my inside of the arm for about a week and it helped.
The TB i did in my belly and Klow in my BUTOX.
Couldn’t even lift my arm but its much better now.
I was using a band to do some exercises and it helped alot as well.

Im dealing with elbow issues also….funny enough….I took a small chip clip and pinched the skin on my upper bicep to make sure I didn’t go into the muscle, then injected subQ.
@HockeyRat i was thinking of trying that.

weird thing though I still havent done SubQ but I had Bpc157 capsules I stopped taking and put them in a moisturizer that I put on my elbow for almost a month. Just a few days ago I realized i dont have any pain whatsoever in that elbow anymore. I cant imagine that did anything but.... it probably healed itself my guess.
