    I'm a big fan of Reta, but I've been seeing Cagri pop up more and more in peptide circles. I'm also noticing a Reta / Cagri blend at the vendors I buy from. Seems they do compliment each other, but curious if anyone has tried just this combo. I like AOD- 9604 a lot for fat mobilization, especially if you practice fasting. I'm still hanging onto the very last belly fat before I have a full on 8 pack and looking for something to help as Reta seems to have stalled out.

        I titrated Reta from 2mg to 6mg, then landed on 4mg. I couldnt feel any difference between 4mg and 6mg. I'm hanging on to a few vials of Cagrilintide for if/when I hit a plateau. It certainly seems to be becoming a popular pair with Reta.

          @quicksilver80 Completely agree. Eating is a chore for me on Reta and I'm only dosing 1x/week @1.5mg. I don't know how people do 2mg+

            also gotta realize some people are like 120 pounds soaking wet with boots on taking reta with functioning bodies and are confused it makes them lock up like a kia engine. big suprise the bigger doses were meant for severely fubar'd people lol

              @quicksilver80 so true! 🤣

              I’m not judging, but you only need to read one article about looksmaxxing to realize there are 18 year olds using the same stacks that 60 year olds are using - for wildly different reasons.

              Please set a funny and sarcastic signature line. It brings me joy. Thank you for your attention in this matter.

                  @gym.rat My gym rat is on 7.5mg of Trizep, but is thinking of switching to Reta. Did your rat do something similar? My rat has another 7.7%BF to drop. It does all the fasting, 4xweights, zone 2 cardio healthly foods, supps, etc. But his progress is slowing. Just wondering if switching him would help finish his recomp phase before switching to muscle building at a 12% BF. Any thoughts?

                    @davidwaisanen1 Negative. I started on Reta and that was the first peptide I ever took. It might be worth mentioning that I've always been fit as a washed up soccer play. I have a swimmers physique and have worked out regularly, so I didn't really have fat. Now that I'm in my middle 40s I just noticed it's really hard to get that last little bit of fat off my belly where my 4 pack becomes an 8 pack. Hence the Reta. Had I known what I know now, I would have stacked AOD-9604 and 5-Amino-1MQ much earlier b/c Reta does stall. Also, Reta does not do Keto well. I'm some mix of keto and carnivore, but the high fat diet is not the answer here. Must keep your protein up (I'm not kidding around) and add in healthy carbs like sweet potato. I was not doing this for my first 5 weeks on Reta and felt like ass. Once I modified my diet I felt so much better and now that I've added to two mentioned above I'm now getting towards the results I wanted. Reta is fine by itself, but if you get stuck or want do optimize, add in the other two I mentioned starting with AOD. You can add 5-Amino after that if you want.

                    Lastly, I'm also 4 weeks into CJC no DAC / IPA blend and I'm on this to help preserve the muscle b/c on Reta you will lose some lean mass. Continue lifting as heavy as you can and don't OD on Reta. A little dose goes a long way.
                    Too many people try to titrate up just b/c and that's WRONG. Find the sweet spot and stay there. Eating too little will stall any progress and you'll feel like shit. This mistake is way too common. I'm personally staying on 1.5mg and I never even dosed at 2mg or above. Likely never will. This My 7th dose of Reta is today and I'll likely do 8-10 before I stop as it is pool party season and drinking on Reta isn't great.
