@mrjoshua44 I wonder if this is a solution for nasals as sterile saline doesn't have a preservative.

@gym.rat No it is not. Here's what you should use for inhalation and nasal applications.

@mrjoshua44 I was under impression that adding peptides to saline solutions may be harmful to the molecules, also isn't it irritable for nasal tissue. I am planning to make a nasal solution myself so I bought USP sterile water for that.

Pinned the first dose into my subject today. The reaction is very similar to the SS31 reaction. Turns warm, itchy and red almost immediately. the area spreads out left to right on my stomach perhaps 1 to 1.5 inches. and then up and down half an inch or so. But within 1 hour its gone. AI says its most likely not even a histamine reaction but just a local cell reaction to the peptide itself.

But this was just the first pin which was a baby dose (0.5mg) at 10mg/3ml dilution.

Try changing to the upper glute or hip area. The stomach can be more of a sensitive spot for some people. Also, let it sit out for about 20-25 minutes before pinning. Both of those things have helped in my household.

@vpeptides First, saline is specifically preferred when running nasal spray as it matches the body's natural osmolarity, making it ideal for maintaining physiological balance. Second, most water-soluble peptides work well with BAC 0.9% Sodium Chloride; GLP-1 agonists (semaglutide, tirzepatide, retatrutide), Growth hormone secretagogues (CJC-1295, ipamorelin, sermorelin), Healing peptides (BPC-157, TB-500), Cognitive peptides (Selank, Semax).

          Critical Exceptions
Copper-Containing Peptides GHK-Cu and AHK-Cu, NAD+ and the following require more of an acidic dissolution; IGF-1 LR3, IGF-1 DES, MGF, PEG-MGF, Follistatin, and Melanotan I.

For my own research purposes, I've only used it for MOTS-c and SS-31 to reduce injection site reactions.

            My experience with Mots C.

I starting in the beginning of the year and maybe 1 month in all good and dandy.

            This was Subq

            Then some itching started.

            Then some welts.

Then some allergic reaction with a welt that took 3 weeks to disappear.

I took some time off and i came back 1mg IM in the ventral glute. No reaction, then up the dose to 2 then 3mg 3x a week. Ive been like this 2 months and i dont even feel it with 0 reactions.

I would test 1mg IM then gradually titrate up to your desired dose. I could do 1mg daily but i use that area for L-cartinine and Test so i do the Motsc 3x a week

@mrjoshua44 I have that and it is what I've been using, the problem is there is no agent that can make it last beyond say two weeks.

I started back up today, too. I had surgery June 8 and today was my first day back to work. I’m easing my way back. office day today, meetings tomorrow, half day Thursday and holiday on Friday!

On Saturday I had my first post surgery outing (other than doctors) and I went to my granddaughter’s dance show case recital. I got fixed up, rode a hour there, watched and cheered for 3 hours and rode an hour home. I was so pooped on Sunday that I stayed home from church and took an 1.5 hour nap in the afternoon (I hardly ever nap, only when sick). I took it today and I felt great all day. No slump at all.

                      @hisamjan

                      Just an opinion….

Research benefits of working out in a fasted state vs working out with carbs.

Also fasted cardio is good but should be timed separately from gym sessions.

Lastly MotsC works good on fasted cardio, but less on pre gym.
