Didn’t Expect It… But Crush Delivered

I have ordered multiple times from Crush Research, always a good experience. Previously, ordered a single vial of VIP, research went well, and decided to grab a kit since it was on sale(his prices are already great imo next to grey). I placed an order Sunday evening and realized too late that I might not be home in time to receive it. I reached out Tuesday, told Rory it was my own oversight, and asked if holding it was even possible. He said he’d do what he could despite a busy weekend. I honestly didn’t expect anything, but the package just arrived. That’s above‑and‑beyond service. Rory is absolutely crushing it at Crush Research Supply.

Their testing is very good for those prices. Gotta try.

A Message from RoryWe're Evolving — Back June 1st
After much reflection, Crush Research has decided to focus entirely on 5-pack and 10-pack kit sales going forward. We're also exploring adding 3-packs to the lineup.Single vials were a distraction from my original core vision — providing a domestic alternative to overseas peptide sales: high quality, independently tested peptides at great value. The numbers backed it up: over 75% of our sales volume was multi-vial and pack sales.
While single vials carry a higher profit margin, they come at the cost of greater operational bandwidth — something that was starting to affect my quality of life. Instead, I'm partnering with a select group of companies that specialize in single vial sales.
Sales are paused this week as we transition. We plan to reopen June 1st — fully stocked and focused on our new core vision.

Otherwise most other kit sellers only did mass, purity, and some did ID.
If only now someone starts an H BAC alternative, RUO will be utopia.

@WisGal64 just talking about the crush drop nonsense. And then after they “sell out” everything magically appears a week later. Then big sale. Just sell your stuff like Nexaph be great at what you do no need for the constant “drop” “big sale” stuff, I know we are easy targets for it apparently but it’s getting old.

@Stevepep I hear you for sure! BUT.... I sure do prefer the COA and testing Crush does over Nexaph. The Jenoshik COA on Nexaph leaves much to be desired.
@JtCjEfF Yeah that's what I said. Finally a kit provider with comprehensive testing without a huge hole in the pocket.

@JtCjEfF Nexaph and Janoshik are the standard if you have been around. So many people use Nexaph. Crush is relatively new and using a lab called ILS which people know little about. They are cheap I just sent stuff in for testing there to try them out. I have the Janoshik COA so I plan on comparing them. ILS looks legit, great website dashboard to track samples. The reasons for the drops and sales ls because they don’t have market penetration so our rats are the test pilots with Nexaph you pretty much know your good . I like what have seen from Crush though so far. I will likely do my own testing when I am ready to use it

I understand your frustration, believe me, I do. It's the Retail business's magic trick.
But hey, at least we’re not standing outside a store at 4 AM in subzero temps waiting for a doorbuster that turns out to be one toaster or TV

The owner Rory has been in the RUO space for a while, has his own YT channel and Substack. I heard from someone that he has a bit of anger and ego issue. His personality shouldn't be a problem, until one has a problem with their order and his personality gets in the way of resolving it objectively.
Also has anyone noticed the truckload of agreements and details Crush asks while creating an account? I thought next I'm going to be asked to upload my lab employee ID badge.
ILS is legit. A lot of vendors use Vanguard, Freedom, and ILS.
Kovera is the new kid around the block that we were trying to establish and then we all know what happened. lol
I'm legit skeptical now to buy stuff with Kovera COAs.

Probably you created account a while ago. I just did two days ago and was surprised with so many agreements and forms and even asking my address and research affiliations.
