There was someone who replied to a post a few days ago about my kitty using Survodutide instead of Tesamorelin. Kitty CANNOT take Tesa, as she already has some edema, tachycardia and aching joints. She is currently researching:

Tirzep (8mg/wk) with side effect being terrible constipation,
    NAD+ buf (30-40) 3x/wk,
    GHKcu (3mg/d).
    Would like to start Cartalax

The DEXA shows a large enough amount of visceral fat to the point of real concern and I don't think the Tirzep alone will do it for her; it's been going on for a long time.

There is not very much info on Survo, except the possibility of helping with fatty liver, diarrhea being the worst side effect (kitty might appreciate it after all the straining), and it's a dual agonist. Okay, fine.

I would gladly withdraw her slowly from the Tirzep and begin Survo but do not know anyone's kit taking it, or, has experience with it.

Any and all information is very much appreciated!

I'm testing 5mg tirz and 3.2mg survo. The squirts are real.

@Eleanor RS currently on Tirz + Survo stack keeping T same dose but slowly titrating up Survo.

But why aren't you trying the blockbuster Reta?

If you haven't used the products before I would start slow when testing. Tirz has a well documented history of reducing fatty liver by itself. Titrate low and slow to hopefully reduce any potential side effects. Don't stack until you see the results of one. Not all glp's work the same, and not all people react the same. If one doesn't work out, try another.

@markgroce I agree 100%. It's not just fatty liver, but visceral fat I need to lose and Tesa is out, at least for the near future. Am slowly reducing Tirz to research Survodutide, as the Tirz causes massive constipation and Survo indications are more the opposite. Got to try something different.

Lack of courage, perhaps? 1 GLP is enough for me. I still work 40 hr+ and cannot afford any sick days. It's a pain in the coola, but that's the way it is.

Trying another is a good approach. My journey all started with excessive visceral fat, predominantly in and around the liver, and the gut. Not good. Down 25lbs, by fasting and caloric restrictions. Went full rat reta a few weeks ago, down 10 more already. Amazing stuff. I do hope you find a solution, to getting and staying well!

Low dose Tirz + low dose Survo is ghetto reta stack without some of the Reta sides. Randy/Jeff has a thread on it.

@eleanor I've been on the hunt for Survodutide or Mazdutide since this thread. Been through most of the vendor list, and no luck finding it myself. As your rat is currently in testing, thought I'd ask...

Nexaph has it. Broker multi month stall in a week and a half, but Rebakah the fluffy rat has only been on it a couple of weeks so too soon to give a full report. She’s at .6 mg currently with no side effects and I’m not sure if I’m going to increase her to 1.2 mg this week or keep her on .6 for a third or fourth week.

@eleanor For constipation try Miralax 2x daily. It will help a lot. Back off as needed. Per my colorectal specialists, it is perfectly safe to do this despite what the package and internet says. A lot of people prefer Tirz for the increased hunger suppression. My buddy uses reta and still has food noise.

100% Natty. You know, aside from the Klow, Tesa, Tirz, CJC/Ipa, SS-31, Semax, Dihexa, Epitalon, MOTS-C, creatine, Cheetos, protein shakes, and a holocaust of chicken thighs.

@Americanchild I looked on Nexpah before posting (my current favorite vendor) and didn't see it. They use interesting nomenclature, do you have they're listing name for it? Thanks.

I have 5 and a half ft of my gut removed due to diverticulitis and Miralax is rough on me. I will take a stool softener every other day, sometimes daily and I use Re-Mag, which is the greatest thing since sliced bread.

@Eleanor you could also try equal parts prune juice and white grape juice served hot with a knob of butter in it. Was doing that every morning and it wasn't as effective as miralax but it was definitely way more immediate. After a few days id smell it coming out of the microwave and have to go 🤣

Is that what they're doing. Okay, I live in the hood, so ghetto isn't a stretch for me; although more than one person around here has done more than one stretch. I'm on Tirz, about 8mg, trying to ease up and might add Survo. I need to get the visceral fat off and Reta scares me. Thanks for this.

I actualy liked supplimenting my Tirz with Reta, I also liked the supplementing with Cagri .I want to try supplimenting with the Survo but dang! Cagri is half the price

Different sites have had Survo on sale recently. Give a couple of vials a try first before buying the 10/10. I almost made that mistake with one pep; glad I didn't do it.
