    @Eleanor In GHK-Cu, copper makes up 15% of the molecule's mass. If you take 2mg GHK-Cu daily, you get 0.3 mg of copper. RDA of copper is 0.9 mg. Some people take 2-3mg daily with their multivitamins. Just saying, but you may be extra sensitive or already having copper overload. Base GHK works as well as GHK-Cu, it binds with Cu in your body.

    @vpeptides

    The GHK by itself angle is a thought and I will consider it. My question is, at what point does the copper cleave from the GHK, because I feel sure that it does. As far as I know, I do not have copper overload and don't want to encourage it. I don't take a multivitamin; I grow some of my own food and eat well.. I do take methylated B's and Vit C, plus Re-Mag; it took me years to get this combo correct and if it works, I don't change it.

    I'm not sure why I would even be working GHK; there doesn't seem to be a difference in the months I've been taking it. I don't think I need the compound other than topically, IMO.

      @pmcelveen I bought 2/30mg bottles of cartalax from peptide crafters, it was on sale very prompt delivery I should have bought more for a longer run with it,

      I ran 1mg daily for my first week then cranked it up to 2mg until I used it all, now im scrambling to order more!
      I also ran the following
      1mg KPV
      1mg BPC 157
      1mg TB 500
      2mg of GHKCU
      all pinned individually in different locations daily I did not pin in the knee, I did pin in both legs and stomach.
      there is a forum thread about this that motivated me to try it. I also pinned at night about an hour before bed.

      I have noticed a significant improvement in my knees. I had a previous knee injury about 10 years ago, it still hurt going up and down
      Stairs after running this I still have a creeky knee that makes noise but the pain is gone!

      @brandenscheidecker
      Thanks for those details!
      When you say you pinned different locations - were those approximate to injury sites or abdomen, hips, etc just to alleviate bruising.
      I am trying to address issues primarily on the left side of the subject rabbit. Shoulder, elbow, hip, knee and heel.
      So to detail the question more thoroughly, should did you pin each peptide in a different location "on Monday" (cartalax - shoulder, kpv - elbow, bpc - hip, tb - knee, ghk - heel), or did you do all peptides in shoulder on Monday, elbow on Tuesday, hip on Wednesday, etc.).
      Gotta Love this forum with all of the willing help and experience being shared.

      I just started doing daily TB-500 along with the BPC, both in the elbow (rotating sights near the elbow joint) two days ago. Was doing the TB on Sun and Wed.
      This morning the elbow seems to be more functional than it has been even after strenuous activity yesterday.

      Should receive the Cartalax and GHK-Cu tomorrow and be able to start on Wed.

      Thank you again!

        The only pep I can comment on is Cartalax. I have a bad left knee and left hip. Dealing with my knee first, I hit on the left side of left leg about mid-thigh level and let gravity work for me and I do this at night before bed so knee isn't sore in the AM, and it works. The hip has significant scar tissue so can't be sure how well the pep is penetrating but seems a little better. I do have a right shoulder problem but haven't started to work on that yet; I'll probably pin back of the arm as far up as I can get and still hit a good portion of fat.

          5 pins, grouped together, right thigh, left thigh, left abdomen, right abdomen, just rotated them. these pin are sub q and absorbed by the body. no need to inject into your knee or joint directly, My Rat is currently trying KLOW to minimize pins, on 2nd week but going to increase as I do not feel a difference with it as I did when pin individually. hopefully this will make a difference using a bottle a week. going to try this for a month.

            @MacLeeezy There's also oral Cartalax, but it's a lot more expensive. 1 pill has 100 mcg and you take 2-9 pills a day. Oral peptides are also dependent on LAT and PEPT transporters, they need to be not satiated with food, so orals must be taken at least 2 hours after meal and also at least 30 minutes before next meal.

            @vpeptides thanks. I’m on day 2 of subq, and wow the placebo effect is strong in this one. I’ve had 3 knee surgeries on my left knee in the last 12 months (2 of them were more on the major side) to salvage a bad knee. Among other things it included an ACL replacement, MACi cartilage replacements in two spots, and a donor maniscus transplant. So I’m working real hard to rehab and get back to sports etc. it had been hurting pretty substantially last week. 3 days into the protocol, cartalax taken right before bed every night, plus bpc157 in the morning and KLOW in the evening and I’d say pain is down 60+ %. So effective this far in such a short duration that I’m convinced it’s just placebo at this point. But I’ll gladly take placebo if I think I feel better lol

              @MacLeeezy I'm fairly resistant to placebo effect but can tell you it's worked on my knee, which is not nearly as bad as yours. What I can't get through is the scar tissue on the side of my left hip, which has severe injury.

              I wish you many placebos to come, and even more, the real thing!

                I grabbed some of the 30mg Cartalax vials from Peptide Crafters too, looking to run it with my next KLOW cycle. I have some gnarly Si joint pain and knee/foot issues, really looking forward to some potential relief.

                  @SwollStreetBets Hoping for the best for you. If it's not a neurological problem, it might work well.

                    @brandenscheidecker Thank you!
                    Appreciate that input. New test articles should all arrive today, so hope to start upgraded protocol tomorrow at the latest.

                      I've been running klow, cartalax, Ara for nerve damage, and local bpc for a couple of months. My numerous surgery sites are feeling much better.
