    Josh Holyfield posted this:

If you injected GHK-Cu or MOTS-C and got a huge red welt that felt like an allergic reaction, that's almost certainly a histamine response.
Your skin is full of mast cells packed with histamine. GHK-Cu, MOTS-C, and NAD+ all carry a positive electrical charge, making them cationic peptides. Research has shown that cationic peptides trigger mast cells to dump histamine directly into the surrounding tissue through a process called degranulation.
Unlike a true allergic reaction, this is not your immune system recognizing a threat. It's purely a chemical interaction between the positive charge on the peptide and the mast cell. And because the reaction is concentration dependent, you can control it.
Dilute with extra bacteriostatic water. Inject slowly. Let the solution warm to room temperature. Or take an antihistamine before your injection.
If the redness stays local and fades within a few hours, that's normal. But if the swelling spreads beyond where you injected, or you experience difficulty breathing or swelling in your face or throat, stop the peptide and see your doctor immediately.

I’m one of them people that no amount of dilution helps with ghk. Same with SS-31. Haven’t even tried mot-c because of the reports. No issues with NAD though. Doesn’t even sting

Peptides are only as good as your Bac Water

I've noticed .9 sodium chloride with MOTS-c helped with my histamine reaction.
