Does anyone have any experiance stacking Retatrutide with Tesamorelin. I could only get to about 2gm per week as I microdosed up on Reta. Skin was to sensitive to go any further. I would like to try Tesamorelin to increase reduction of visceral while staying under 2gm of Reta.

I'm stacking low-dose reta with CJC/Ipa with good results so far. No issue stacking but a few things to be aware of.

GHRH analogs are going to be most effective without insulin spikes from food in your stomach. With the slowing of gastric emptying with Reta, you'll need to wait 2-4hr (I try for 4) before dosing your GHRH otherwise you won't get as an effective GH pulse.

If you wait until the AM to dose your Tesa/CJC/whatever you choose, then you'll have to wait 30-60 minutes before breaking your fast to allow for an effective pulse. Most preworkouts will break a fast.

My cat is much happier pinning fasted in the AM and not eating for 2 hours - which requires no additional effort - than trying to fast for 4 hours at night. No way I hit my macros if I don’t eat after 6 pm.

Currently researching tesa, but switching back to CJC/Ipa once that is done. I expect excellent results based on the last cycle of that. IMO, of sermorelin, Tesa, and CJC/Ipa, CJC/Ipa has the most noticeable results fastest. Which is probably why it is so popular relative to the other GHRH secretagogues.

Please set a funny and sarcastic signature line. It brings me joy. Thank you for your attention in this matter.
