      Does KPV really help with the sting?

        @atlas01 Anecdotally, many researchers who have tried Glow and Klow find that Glow may burn while Klow does not. Hence the assertion. Your mileage may vary. I haven’t gotten any sting at all from the last few vials of Klow, nor has my bride. Prior vials of Glow did sting. That is only an N=2 clinical trial, but it’s enough for my research team.

        Please set a funny and sarcastic signature line. It brings me joy. Thank you for your attention in this matter.

          @ResearchCat Appreciate the response! I'm also a little concerned about KPV inhibiting muscle growth since it's an anti-inflammatory.

            @atlas01 I had the same concern but I was told by several users that this wasn't a concern and saw no issues with muscle growth while using KPV. But in my mind, it seems like using KPV would be counterproductive to muscle growth.

              I do 5mg GHKCU to 2mg KVP or lower and no sting at all.

                @gym.rat My NAD+ only stings a tiny bit going in but i find it mild compared to L-Carnatine.....maybe becasue everything seems painless compared to that. I have a love hate relationship with L-Car.

                I did drop myself one day injecting 75mg NAD+ too fast or I hit a blood vessel, that was freaky, now i stick to 50mg or less per injection and do it sitting down.

                  @atlas01

                  From NIH study:

                  KPV does not interfere with muscle gain because it acts as a localized anti-inflammatory agent. Unlike systemic immunosuppressants (like corticosteroids) that inhibit overall muscle protein synthesis, KPV specifically targets inflammatory pathways without impairing the healthy cellular recovery and growth processes essential for muscle hypertrophy.

                  I think the big one is KPV regulates cytokines and auto immune flare ups that get out of control from within the cell by entering the immune and endothilial cels vs NSAIDs (like ibuprofen) bind to specific enzymes that can inhibit muscle growth by blocking COX enzymes and suppressing prostaglandins that are needed to grow muscle.

                    Hey all had a question- I normally use Klow but trying to start individual vials for more accurate measurements.

                    I hear people combining multiple peps into one vial, this might be a dumb question but, first how do you do it accurately and second- doesn’t the single syringe contaminate all the peptides when pulling…?

                    Maybe I’m missing something - do you pull from 4 different syringes for each pep and then inject them all into one vial then pull all of it into a new syringe ?

                      I usually pull all into one syringe and then back fill a freshy if it is an all in one, I know randy uses a lure Lok and replaces the tip. If you are keeping the tops clean before you draw then you shouldn't be contaminating, the important part is after you use a needle four times in a stopper its quite dull. The backfilling into a fresh syrynge or replacement of a tip allows for a smooth like butter injection. If you back fill the barrel just make sure you don't push it out the top when you re insert the plunger.
