Ive seen discussion that the bac water can irritate or damage the lining in the sinuses. Anyone have some feedback on that? I have a 10mg vial of Selank, recon’d with 2ml BAC that Id like to put in a sprayer with 5ml sterile saline.

I would certainly dilute that a bit more, maybe 10ml. Try 5ml first to get a better concentration, if it doesn’t irritate your nose stay with it. If it does, dilute further. The first kit I got for nasal spray was this one, so I kinda follow that ratio.

There seems to be a lot of varying opinions on this one, I too, have read some discussion around damage to the lining. I haven't come across any info on it actually damaging the lining but it can irritate it, cause inflammation etc. The general consensus from the articles I've read seems to be, you want to stay under the .2% BA concentration. reconning at 2ml puts you at .26% BA concentration(may or may not burn).
I tried 1ml bac 5ml sterile saline that was ok, first couple of times, 1 spray each nostril, but then had to bump up to 2-3 sprays in each nostril for effects. So I then tried .5ml bac 5ml sterile saline, much better outcome. In either case, no burning was experienced.

Overall, the more liquid you use the more sprays you'll need and will have higher concentration of BA. For Selank, I switched back to subq because the effects were much better but everyone is different 🙂

It’s personal tolerance. If you get any stinging on first use it needs diluted more. I can personally get away with 1 part BW and 2 parts .9% sterile saline. A 1 to 3 ratio will usually never sting but you’ll need more pumps.

Peptides are only as good as your Bac Water
