There was a conversation last night about saving money on buying reconstituted peps, as you get the necessary items needed with the kit. When I first started fat juice, I was buying from a telehealth. I was so exhausted, I looked for NAD+ already reconstituted, and just might stick with this site even now. I don't know where the mark down price came from, but the most I paid was $119; it's now at $91. I do not know how old the mix is; mine expires in 2027 and will be long gone before then. The vendor and juice have done real well for me. I really like the shorter needle because it gets just under the skin into the fat where it's supposed to be. I haven't tried any of the products other than NAD+.

91 bucks no thank you, 20-20000mcg injections of nad that's like 20mg each injection, I got a kit of 10-500mg NAD buffered from Nexaph for 228, failing to see how any of this would save me any money. if you have lots of money to throw away and enjoy the convivence, its like buying a bottle of milk at a truck stop vs getting a gallon for a lot less.

@brandenscheidecker I suppose it depends upon on your dose; mine is quite small and a vial lasts me a while. I'm not saying it's for everyone, but someone made the point that the kit is all inclusive, that's all.

@Eleanor I know a lot of people research NAD+ subq but actually scientific studies show subq NAD+ has poorer bioavailability than NAD precursors taken orally, NR and NMN.

You will find ample doctors explaining this. This is one.

@pep_researcher I completely disagree with Dr. Joseph in my case. I've had over 5 ft. of gut removed due to diverticulitis and NAD does absolutely nothing for me via oral route.

@Eleanor I'm curious. From which pharmacy did their NAD+ come?

@Eleanor I also hear from multiple scientists the NAD+ is poorly absorbable orally. Virtually non-absorbable, because it is large and is extensively broken down in the gastrointestinal tract before absorption. Those broken parts are absorbed though, like nicotinamide and niacin. But it's more logical to take them directly.

IV or sq NAD+ does get into the bloodstream but it's half-life is short and positive effect is highly questionable. You do feel it in the moment, but what then? NAD+ is energy molecule and we would like to see its increased level in the cells if the organs, not just in the blood. But the studies failed to show it increased any better than just after taking oral niacin.

I measured multiple times "intracellular NAD" after taking niacin and it was significantly increased. I don't know though whether it makes sense to have high NAD for me personally. I have a lot of energy already and don't feel that high NAD would make anything better.

@vpeptides DID YOU NOT READ MY REPLY?! I don't have any gut to work with, and the subq DOES work well for me.

Everyone needs to do what they want here. You know your condition, not me, and I know mine.

@Eleanor I am sorry, I overlooked. I see your point, and completely agree, it's not universal and it if works, it works.
I guess I am just reacting to how in these circles NAD+ is praised as something absolutely special, useful and harmless while it is not based on any solid long-term research data.

@vpeptides It's okay. I'm trying to parse the truth from the favor and hype as well. Everyone has their story and I accept that. All I can do is express what a particular substance does for me. We're all tired and trying to remedy our pain. We do what we can.
