After being retired and too sedentary for several years, I had to go back to construction work. Rat has been on Glow for several months with Wolverine and GHK on separate jabs. Reta for about 2-3 months sitting at 1gm per week now. Too much back pain and started pinning low back with incredible success. So I thought I am on to something here. Shoulders are shot on this 60+ year old rats frame. Pinning shoulders with the same success as the back. Torn meniscus on right knee has been a problem all year, 2 round of PRP shots did not help long term. Pinning knee had no positive effect. I did find that on up to 3 pins at 20 units each per day an incredible clarity on thought processes. It takes me forever to input financial data on PC when I let it go for a couple of months. Suddenly I was inputing a months data in 30 minutes. Most days rat is pinning 40 units per day but I will go to 60 if pain levels warrants. Not sure how crazy this is but it is getting me through a tough time physical labor wise.

At your age I would absolutely be thinking about getting growth hormone levels up to par. Get a baseline igf-1 level test so you know where you're at.

I think it's worth starting with CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin to see if you're a responder. At your age your pituitary somatotrophs might be cooked and would need recombinant HGH. Not as easily sourced but it's out there if you know where to look.

I'd also consider testosterone replacement therapy as well.

Do you have insurance? If so, have your PCP run your bloodwork, ask them to give you everything your insurance will cover + testosterone and IGF-1 even if not covered. If no insurance, then look online for panels as they're much more affordable.

Check out marek. No experience myself using them but they come with recommendations from many.

@neil-mccauley made some great suggestions. You might also look at SS-31/MOTS-C to rejuvenate your energy.

I have been researching Wolverine through S-KLOW/Klowverine for almost a year with few breaks and it has been a huge help both physically and mentally. (Klowverine is Wolverine + Klow in one vial/cart, basically double the BPC/TB500). My knees and shoulders are better than in many years. I am experimenting with the idea that older cats can and should research higher doses of Klow and its constituent peptides.

Please set a funny and sarcastic signature line. It brings me joy. Thank you for your attention in this matter.
