During research, has anyone here compared the results of Reta, against the results of Tirz +Cagri protocol? It's mainly a curiosity, and it may have been discussed before....if so, feel free to point me in that direction.

    Happy Researching,

Really not sure why you'd want to stack this combination. We stockpiled it, as it's an amylin analog and hitting a different pathway (as I'm sure you are aware) and reserving it for when we hit a wall at some point, or just give our receptors a break for a month or two. So we'll switch to cangrilintide.

From what I understand (and I may be wrong), binding to both amylin and calcitonin receptors offers some potential improvements in cardiometabolic markers beyond tirzepatide alone. This is what initially interested me in researching cagrilintide (also the reta “death itch” drove me nuts). Most of the human data comes from CagriSema studies, (REDEFINE 1, I think), but the results are interesting enough for me to want to look into it.

Fair point. Even my low dose reta gives me that itch skin thing, just annoying, but not enough to stop. Found taking one Benadryl pill reduces it significantly though.

I was itchy for the first week taking it. Took magnesium. Never happened again. Even after stopping mag. Just hit the 8mg mark and will advise pork tacos on the same night of that big of a dose was not advisable

Well, I started magnesium about that same time, so I'm sure that helped as well! Thanks for that info.
