Picked some up from Ion. Anyone have some info on how to store properly and how to administer? Grok says store in fridge which makes sense. Just looking for opinions other than AI. What else it suggests:

    How to Administer

Sublingual route (recommended for best absorption): Place the drops under your tongue, hold for 30–60 seconds (or up to 1–2 minutes), then swallow. This allows direct absorption through the mucous membranes, bypassing much of the digestive breakdown.
Start with a low dose (e.g., a few drops) and titrate up based on the bottle’s concentration or your tolerance. Typical sublingual/oral liquid protocols for similar products are 10–15 drops 1–2 times daily, but check your specific bottle for any suggested volume.
You can also mix into a small amount of water if preferred, though sublingual is ideal.

    With Food or Empty Stomach?

Best on an empty stomach — 30 minutes before eating or at least 2 hours after a meal. This maximizes absorption for oral/sublingual peptides like GHK-Cu.
Many users take it in the morning (as part of a routine) or before bed. Consistency matters more than exact timing.

I wonder what else Ion use in their drops, and does it help to increase bioavailability?
I would like to hear that sublingual GHK-Cu was used and produced an effect. Not sure how well it goes through sublingually. Better than orally for sure, but still, what would be the % of its availability vs. subq.?
