Hell yeah brother! Good for you. I don’t have any recommendations for you other than if you do start something new, add them one at a time and go slow. If you add 2 or 3 and have a bad reaction, you won’t know where the problem is.

    “Research your own experience.
    Absorb what is useful.
    Reject what is useless.
Add what is essentially your own.”

Motsc and NAD have really helped my rat with Energy, you may want to consider SS31 its kind of pricey.
If you get NAD make sure you buy buffered version, Nexaph has it and very prompt shipping!

you may want to consider some 5amino!

GH is the Goat! cost is going crazy on it get it now if you can find it!

Nice work man! Did the GHKCU help with the skin?

I would also like to know. Pretty sure I don't have as much as you, but if GHKcu is going to help, it'll likely take a loooong time.

If the question is whether using GHK to eliminate excess skin when you lose a very large amount of weight, I doubt it. At least, not to the extent that you wouldn’t still want or possibly need surgery, if that is something you want to pursue. I have been using GHK and various skin creams for several months to eliminate ‘crepe-ing’ and the improvement is (I think) visible but subtle. My skin tone is much better (again, N=1) but the skin on my arms still looks a little crepey.

I can't say that I've noticed anything in the stomach which has the most amount of loose skin using the GHK, but also taking it knowing ill need a tummy tuck and that it's not going to overcome that.

My hope with the GHK is to not need surgery in other areas and that a slow tightening around the arms and legs with muscle growth will help.

Face, hair all have a ton of improvement visible and even the barber asked what I changed

@ResearchCat I have the same subtle changes with the topicals and injections. I lost about half of my body weight from 400->207 so the amount of loose skin I have overall would probably only be resolved through surgery. However, I am going to keep at it and see what I can accomplish over the long term continuing with peptides, creams and lifestyle changes(diet/exercise).

I don’t know if any of you watch Countess of Shopping. Her Youtube channel is all about losing over 110 lbs, almost half her body weight, in 3 years on Tirz, and her plan to get skin removal surgery. I don’t watch her all the time but she is very open and honest about the experiences, side effects, process, etc. I have gotten some good info and advice watching her channel.

My biggest challenge with her, the Downsized, and some of the other channels is that I only have so much time to spend on that stuff each day, and between my podcasts and living life, I can barely get through them on 2x. I am not their target audience, but they do have good content. As with most channels, the bullet points of most 40 minute videos would take 30 seconds to read. /sob

Decided on NAD+ And Glow for the next few months. Went with Glow in place of KLOW purely to save a few dollars that I'm looking for the results of GHK and BPC/TB and not the KPV
