Has anyone ever mixed BUFFERED NAD+ like this?

Had an email conversation with a vendor I was thinking of buying NAD+ from, but noticed on label and COA didn't indicate any kind of buffering either. (The COA is excellent otherwise, 1000mg) so, I asked them. Below is the response:
"Thanks I’ll fix the link. Yes the Nad is buffered, it’s much more manageable than most. We recommend 10ml of water dilution and doing it in the hip or butt fat."
Me: "Thank you! I don't understand why the 10ml water and the hip shot if the NAD is buffered? I'm a bit worried now that it might not be as buffered as it needs to be."
"We recommend that dilution and injection site for best absorption and comfort. We sell tons of it, there are no issues. It's nothing like GHK-Cu. This method yields the best results with the 1000mg vials. Have you ever reconstituted NAD before? It's not a typical powder peptide. It dissolves best with maximum water."
Me: "Thank you! Appreciate the info."
I know there's lots of NAD+ folks here. Can someone give me some guidance? The one time I injected this in the glute, I got sick as a dawg. Arf! Never again. Just never heard it takes 10ml H2O to dissolve it. Recipes welcomed!
P.S. They have not corrected the label or description on their site.

I recently got 500mg vials from Nexaph. I only mix with 1mL of Hospira BAC. Zero burn…. Sure it’s a little viscous pulling into the syringe, but if it’s buffered properly you should not need to dilute it with 9mL of BAC! This is just my experience.
Realize you could also be E-mailing back and forth with a teenager in Tim-buck-tu who’s never tried NAD and is reciting bullet points. If it really needed 9mL of BAC, I’m going to go out on a limb and say it’s NOT buffered.

Yeah, I'm a bit concerned that it's not buffered as well. And as said my post, he said he was going to change the label, but hasn't and it's not listed as buffered in COA. Too bad, it's a nice price at 1000mg, but not worth taking the chance.

I do 250mg, that would be FIVE, 50iU, sticks! -
Latest email by vendor, and if the prices hold and they don't raise them, COAs legit, they're priced well.

I'm just curious, how much do you take and where did you find the protocol?I started with telehealth and took it from there. I can't manage the amount you guys can because of neurological issues left over from Lyme. I take 30-40, depending upon how I feel that morning. If I take too much, it gives me a headache, stiff neck, don't sleep well and makes me jittery. When I take smaller amounts, it gives me energy. I guess everyone is different.

x3 a week, first thing in the morning so I'm fasted. I put Meth Blue in my coffee the mornings I take it too.
I feel no energy spikes.
