      I did .250mcg with about 12 pins over the course of roughly 3 weeks. I was tan as I've ever been and didn't immediately notice any new moles, etc. Just go slow. No reason to rush this as it works. Just make sure you pin it and go outside 15-30 minutes later. I went to my pool for 30 minutes or so and I was decently tan after dose 3. By dose 9 I looked like I lived in Hawaii and surfed all day every day. Now I just do a maintenance dose of .250mcg about once a week give or take.

      BTW - I'm a fair skinned german / italian mix. It's been 5 weeks since I started and I'm still on dose 15. Probably won't do pin 16 until the weekend. Your schedule is way too aggressive....lol you won't even get to week 3 because you'll already be too tan.

        @gym.rat Awesome this helps alot, so you reckon once Ive got my desired color I just stick to maintenance dose of 250mcg once a week?.

          @drcritix I completely agree with @gym.rat
          Just use it 15 - 30 min before getting sun exposure. If side effects aren't too bad, titrate up a little from the low 250mcg starting dose. It is very effective. I take about 1mg once per week prior to sun exposure to maintain the tan after starting with lower doses 2-3 times a week for a couple weeks to build the tan. I don't burn now, which is always what happened prior to using MT1.

            @DrCritix Yep, that's what I'm doing. Less product, less side effects and I believe it also limits to an extent any new moles / freckles with a slower pace.

              Also worth mentioning in case you don't know, but its basically your normal tanning just on speed dial. You still get tan lines. It's not like MT-2 where it does its thing all over regardless of sun. So if you don't want tan lines, make your home its own nude beach.
