2 days after ordering, the company sent me an email detailing a shipping error in which UPS had lost several shipments. Rather than wait on UPS they immediately reshipped another 10 vials. Received order within the next 2 days. After another 2 days I received the original order that was lost as well. I notified them and offered to pay for the additional 10 vials. They again apologized and insisted I keep the second order for my trouble.
Great company to deal with, nice people that do the right thing. It's nice to see that !!!

I received the same letter, reship was delivered today, haven’t seen the lost one yet. Nice they did that for you, they are an easy company to work with

@CapmanCrunch Something similar happened with my injection shop order a few months ago. But they are a smaller player and requested me to just refuse and send back original USPS shipment that was thought to be lost.

I did and for that cooperation they sent me a 25% off coupon code.

peptide test took at least a week just to ship but got it 2nd day USPS, stuffed in my mailbox. I hate those people sometimes!
