I'm a fan of injecting daily.

Are you using an aromatase inhibitor? I've done both schedules and still feel high estradiol. DIM helps. The gurus conflict on this topic.

@kenhnsy I've had the goal of getting off of an AI. I take DIM, but I still needed AI.
I am at a point where I can almost be entirely off of it, but lowered my T dose to 90mg/week, 3x pokes EOD

I still feel great and labs are good floating around 1050. Just need to keep confirming my E2+symptoms are where I want to be at

@kenhnsy you know, I found less need for an AI when I went to daily injections. My estradiol came down, my Endo said it was because I want spiking my Test through the roof and the letting it fall over the week. Its also really nice because I can go do my labs whenever I want now.

Its pretty interesting. Also, if im a big dummy and for get a day, its not as big of a deal, if i forget a couple days in a row, I will take my AI and take double my daily dose and then go back to normal dosing schedule.

Ive tested all the pens, needle size and injection site areas.

Now for this to work properly you need a 29g needle and preferably testosterone in MCT oil.

        The best route of delivery.
        Auto injection pen
        29g 1/2”
        Ventral glute.

This gives you a precise dose and your able to inject without being a contortionist.

        2nd option.
        Auto injection pen
        29g 1/2”
        Delts
A little more uncomfortable but doable.

        Other options.
Regular pen- too hard to push very uncomfortable
Subq- not as precise in dose.

Right now im preloading exactly my dose im 31g 1/2” and i inject in the ventral glute and im loving it.

Oh and i do daily shots, and been doing this for 20years so im going for the least amount of friction as possible

          @diegoc Awesome, thanks for this!

Do you leave the needle in after the pen clicks down to 0? I've been counting to 10, but not sure if that's giving me too much of a dose

29G 1/2" VG. My exact protocol for test-c in mct. Super easy, virtually painless. I do use a manual pen though, i find being able to go slow, pause in the middle, reduces any bumps or PIP. Especially if the test is mixed in with a little something extra sometimes, also in MCT.

Im pinning my test daily. Initially tried the Gansulin pen but wasn’t confident in the dosing and I didn’t take the time to test accuracy. Also wasn’t a fan of the quick auto injection. Switched to a V2 for a couple weeks and like the ability to slowly inject to prevent lumps. Currently using a Xulin pen with 29g 5/8 inch pen tips, I also take the pen and put it in a baby wipes warmer for 5-10 minutes to warm the oil. Loving it and having no issues.
What’s everyones opinion on the best quality manual injection pen? The Xulin is nice but wondering if there is something better.

If your adding special sauces to your test, then i highly recommend to pin in a syringe not a pen.

                Several reasons….

Im ok with mix liquids with test in the same syringe however not mixed in a pen for days.

Also when you pin test with a water base you have the water go in first. Liquid with the least resistance, then the oil travels last. So you need a syringe to empty and a pen you cant

@HockeyRat At this point I do believe that the Xulin and the V4 are my two favorites to use. The V4 is just so buttery smooth just like the Xulin.

@kenhnsy That's cool! I'm all about filtering, but if I were you, and you're going to filter your trt, I would use a 25mm PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene) .22 micron filter. It's considered the best choice for oil-based solutions like trt.

I did this and it was much less pressure on the filter. Thanks.
