It took only about 48 or so hours for the Cartalax to ease my knee pain by more than 50%, and am pain free all day with only 1 injection.

The problem when I started is I was injecting in the morning when my knee was very sore upon waking. I switched to just before bedtime and well reduced pain the following morning and throughout the day.

    Nice stuff!

@Eleanor Wow, if this is true, this is quite exciting. I just purchased Cartalax for my hips, since my doctor said my cartilage is messed up there. If this actually helps with pain, ill be over the moon. I will be pairing this with the wolverine stack, which I am already taking

Unfortunately, it was not lasting. Trying KPV now and it's been much better. Will see.

Hope you've found the help you need.

          @Eleanor
I highly recommend the KPV. I started off using KLOW and Wolverine and was so surprised when it worked immediately and I no longer felt pain. Then I had to stop the KLOW because I couldn't handle the GHK-CU stinging (I'll probably retry once I've forgotten how much it stung, I may have been using too short of a needle) and the joint pain cane right back.
I'm convinced it's the KPV dealing with the joint inflammation that had the extraordinary effects that I initially didn’t feel.

@Reactive3078 Eh.... i didnt notice much at all tbh, but i was doing 2mg daily. I heard people say to do up to 5mg..... so i might try that, but honestly dont think its worth the money. My body prob reacts differently than others, so others might have better experience than me.

How long were you doing 2mg a day?
I'm interested in the cartilage repair aspects, but the size of the dose is rather disconcerting for me. I'm effectively micro dosing BPC and TB4 (0.5mg daily of both) and that's working fine for me. So I'm hesitant to commit to the 2-5mg a day I'm seeing in protocols.

GLP-1 has real trial support of symptoms relief and slow down cartilage degeneration (possible regeneration - not yet proven). Everything else is all anecdote.

Yeah, the research on joint health and repair is quite compelling, if not yet proven.

Apologies for nitpicking, but this isn’t a microdose. 500mcg/500mcg is pretty standard. I will sometimes double it but haven’t gone higher.

@seadracos I did it for about 2 months. I just swapped to 5MG daily a few days ago. Will used up my last remaining vials and see. I think I have enough for another 3-4 weeks. If i dont notice anything at all, ill likely discontinue it.

@ResearchCat No problems, I'm typically a nit picker myself. I had thought 500mcg was typical, but some of the protocol's I've seen are insane and had me wondering, 2mg daily. Then again, part of it is probably an apples and oranges comparison. Most of the high dose protocol's I'm seeing aren't wolverine, I was just looking a the high end of one titration curve.

I am currently in the middle of a modified Cartalax protocol that I saw mentioned in a couple of different forums I am in to hopefully help address hip issues. I am also cycling in TB4 at 2mg 3x/week. I am only currently mid way through my first cycle, so not much improvement to report.

I assume cartalax is a localized subq injection close to the joint in question?

@rmchrist See, I am puzzled why even some recognized voices say it should be injected next to the injury site subcutaneously. The theory is, subcutaneous injection targets the subcutaneous fat layer under the skin, which is part of the skin as an organ rather than whatever organ is injured, a joint or a disc. Skin has its own blood vessel system quite separated from the joints under it, so the injection is absorbed through the skin into the blood and is distributed around the body, and then it can get into the joints. It makes me think that either the people inject directly into the joint tissue to have a direct effect, which is not subcutaneous injection anymore, or it is a placebo effect.

@vpeps I was sort of thinking the same thing concerning injecting into the joint tissue. I think that is truly the only way to “localize” the injection and not have it diffused throughout the body.
