When looking at new vendors- I know how some feel about COA's but what are your requirements for purity when deciding to give a new vendor a shot?

Just someone with a fridge full of research and a browser history that would concern my doctor.

I'll chime in. When looking at a new vendor purity is the easy part to see, but pretty meaningless by itself. Is the COA actually worth anything which makes this purity claim? What about the rest of it? Mass, sterility, Is it current, is it even for the batch you're buying? Can you verify it was third party? Then there's the vendor itself questions. How did you hear about this vendor? Was it through an unsolicited DM (bad), through word of mouth, referral from this site, and or a very busy TG group (better). You haven't asked the right question, so I think people are kinda reluctant to give an answer here. To many unanswered questions...but to answer the purity question, 98.5% is my minimum, but rarely do is see under 99%. To many choices to consider going lower than 99 anymore.

@BeeKind start with vendors on this site list, the. It’s a matter of who tested it. Jano or some small lab. Purity should be above 99pct and make sure the batch and vial color matches. 2nd if you are looking for sterility and endotoxins to see if they tested you can check that on the COA as well. You won’t see any fails because they don’t post those and they are extremely rare, a massive outlier. Randy has a great video on this on his YouTube channel I would watch that it’s going to give you what you are looking for
