Caffeine upset my stomach after my first dose of Tirz, but now it's a non-issue. Maybe give your body some time to adjust, would be my suggestion.

I love the coffee!!! I Drink it or Iced coffee until 1 or 2 PM. Would keep drinking it, but I am 68 and it will keep me up if I don't cut it off. When I was younger, I would drink it right up until bedtime and never had a problem. I don't think it has any effect on the GLP's. I take 1.5-2 mg of Reta per week, and it seems fine. No issues with any peptides that I have noted so far.

Ohhh I gotta have my coffee 🙂 I did notice I don't drink as much, I went from a pot a day to about a 1/2 pot. Haven't had any issues with GLP and coffee, VIP on the other hand, I load up on the H20 and keep the caffeine consumption down.

Hi, my name is JtCJeff, and Im a coffee addict. However, while my rat is also a coffee fiend, they've noticed quite an increase in resting heart rate after starting Reta and have had to greatly reduce caffeine to a single, solitary, lonely, cup of joe in the morning. RHR is up +12bpm, and HRV has tanked! Almost considering removing it completely until RHR returns closer to normal.

Yeah, I can't go without my coffee, I drink it all day long. I track my RHR and HRV however not sure how the coffee changes it. I know Reta does. My sleep is less, about 4hrs I'm done. Not sure its the coffee however, as I drank it a lot before, however I think I'm drinking more now. I drink up till close to bed. I guess to tell how much is the coffee and how much is the reta I would have to pause the coffee for awhile and see what happens :(. Wouldn't look forward to that. Awesome info!

Hey, I wanted to get peoples experience that are on GLPs and drink coffee and/or caffeine. I ask because I see a number of video says that you shouldn't drink x amount of coffee. I enjoy coffee all day long. Wonder what people think, and their experience.

The biggest thing I can think of is dehydration due to it being a diuretic.

If it's not coming in as a contraindication officially, all that is BS IMO.

Researched four different GLPs in the past 8 months, lost lbs, weight training, and drinking coffee, black, espresso, cappuccino every flavor all this while.

It depends on individual preference and tolerance after all and there's no blanket rule and there cannot be one.
