Not sure if this is the right category to post this, apologies if its not. I know that most of the research is our own but are there any good books people might recommend regarding peptides?

Basically, I forgot to cancel my audible account and I want to use it on something I'm avidly trying to learn more about.

    Thanks for your recommendations.

Just someone with a fridge full of research and a browser history that would concern my doctor.

Nope, nothing for peptides, but I do recommend The Meaning of your Life by Arthur Brooks, the 5 Types of Wealth by Sahil Bloom(I think), The Psychology of Money by Morgan Housel, and maybe You’ve Been Pooping All Wrong by Trisha Pasricha. And if you want to go heavy, The Fourth Turning is Here by Neil Howe.

If you like podcasts, Modern Wisdom and Whatever Arthur Brooks’ podcast is called are both excellent. Modern Wisdom has a lot of life optimizers on, so you’re likely to get some peptide stuff from time to time.

Huberman’s Protocols is coming out this fall. That will likely contain a lot of peptide info.

Please set a funny and sarcastic signature line. It brings me joy. Thank you for your attention in this matter.

It's hard to listen to the books on peptides on audio: I have to pause all the time and write down the information somewhere by the ear. And it is kind of hard if I am driving.
