On Friday, evening, I should have the epithalon reconned and ready. Have Pinealon ready now, but waiting until I'm off work on Friday to get kitty started. Appreciate comments on the schedule I've created:

    Thurs AM - Survo & NAD+
    Thursday - Cartalax & Epithalon
Friday AM - Pinealon, NAD+, Tirz
    Friday PM - Cartalax, Epithalon
    Sat AM - Pinealon, NAD+
    Sat PM - Cartalax, Epithalon
Sunday AM & PM same as Saturday.

Here's a bigger question: If I get the SS31 in time tomorrow, should I go that round first, then, once done, start the Pinealon & Epithalon? I will NOT try to do all of them in the same timeline; not gonna happen.

What I have a question about is Friday AM and the order in which kitty is getting researched. I thought with Pinealon first on Fri. AM, I could observe any adverse reactions but don't really know how long that might take. Hope she doesn't want to go to sleep right away.

    Thoughts?
(TTY in the morning. 4:30 comes early enough.)
    Thanks very much!

My 2 cents based off research, personal experience, and just my opinionated opinion:

Epitalon: short 10 -20 day protocol only. Always at night right before bed.
NAD+: what you have is fine, but if you feel like a pincushion use only as needed.
SS-31: run 5x a week and use Epitalon first. Then start SS-31

From experience I advice you run a good cycle on your mitochondria first as a foundation. I believe you'll respond alot better to anything you add after. Then focus on your metabolic and composition. Reta does wonders, why Survo? Then you start the support and repair with bpc and tb just to start. But you need to move brother. Peps are only tools. All the above should cover mitochondria, metabolic and repair. The result would be reduced inflammation, metabolic reset and more energy. Energy internal for function and repair and external for good output. And keep doing your homework to tune up as you go. Just invest on a good source with peptides and keep moving.

@gym.rat Thanks gym rat, that's what I have going at the moment. Pinealon in the morning?

@martinmarin I don't have Reta and don't want it. I've been on Tirz for months and like it and just want to add the glucagon hit, not more GIP. I've thought about using the S31 first, and I still might, if it arrives in time, but I've already reconned the Pinealon, so, will see. Thanks very much!

Anyone have info on how long SS31 and Pinealon can store in fridge once reconstituted? I keep looking for it and all the info articles have everything but that.
Maybe I'm just tired (exhausted) and missing it.

@Eleanor I don't know exactly, but I'm sure its consistent with the majority of peptides. MOTS-c, Tesa, and unbuffered NAD are the 3 that I'm aware of that degrade faster than the others. You shouldn't be using Pinealon longer than 30 days anyway. All the Khavinson stuff is intended for short cycles. Pinealon is typically run in short cycles of 10 to 20 days, followed by 2 to 3 months off.

Again, pin it in the morning upon waking up and go outside to get some sun. There is some synergy there that I can't quite explain.

I personally like and advise doing Epitalon first as a repair, then starting SS-31 once the Epi is finished. Run 2 weeks of SS-31 and continue it for that 8 or 12 weeks that you want, but get MOTS-c in there around your week 2 or 3.
