Does SLU-PP-332 need DMSO?
-
SLU-PP-332 does not dissolve in water. If you use BAC water, it does not go into the solution. You are injecting water with particles floating around in it. This is why people injecting with BAC water also report inconsistent results.
Every published study uses a very specific vehicle to get this compound into solution:
DMSO to actually dissolve the compound
PEG 300 to help maintain solubility
Tween 80 as a surfactant
For this reason it is a no go for me. And then the orals have bioavailability issues and that is why this compound more or less sucks. Plus if the super high doses to work, well then you better get our your wallet b/c it's not a cheap compound. Just move to MOTS-c or 5-amino or NAD. Much better options imo.
I've got a full writeup here that includes all the warnings on why this is a bad product: https://peptideprotocols.app/peptides/slu-pp-332
Even if it works at 150mg, what are the opportunity costs besides burning a hole in your wallet? What about potential health issues from large doses? Better alternatives....

Yes MOTSc, 5amino and NAD are my daily drivers. I ran out of cardarine and revisiting Slupp. I just purchased a kit and it mixed well, kicks in like before. I already have DMSO in my amazon cart just in case. The other vial I taken first was from SP Biolabs. Kicks in the same as these new ones from another source. Not unless im taking something else.Im only taking 250mcgs. .5mg the most. stuff is strong.
