A Peptide story.

Reta is amazing in alot more than you realize. Eli Lilly & Company is in the board room trying to figure how to put out Reta to the public with regulations. And who knows how much it will cost and what they are going to put in it. The fat loss is just one of the things it does. Dig in deeper. Its very interesting.
The "sweet spot" for this one is about dialing it right. Remember, you can titrate up or down in dosages. The sweet spot is like this, just Imagine the following. You get hungry but fill up quick. All them munchies hunting you? Gone or close to gone. All while burning fat 24/7. If you want to burn more fat? Just move, exercise. Exercise why? To burn more fat and maintain muscle or *build more muscle? Hunger why? It allows you to get enough proteins and micronutrients, under control, without the nagging craving to munch. All while your burning fat 24/7 with your liver. Basically your liver cleans itself out, fatty liver gone. Now your liver can filtering all the bs you taken in? You start to detox guys. Its like a chain reaction of good health. We are being handed tools to dial our bodies bios. Best advice. If we are not getting any blood work with someone who really knows how to read it. Be patient. Start with small dosages. Titrate up or down, dail it. Until it feels right, not tolerable. Listen to your body, like an avatar you need to take care. There are peptide you feel right away, some that take time and some not at all. Keep track of what and how much is going in. Be patient, keep it simple to track you stack. The next level is combining them right. *Reta has three peps in one. Well GLP1 is a gilla monster poison exendin-4, so I heard. "We are the rats" my friends.

Great post
The part where you say "Best advice. If we are not getting any blood work with someone who really knows how to read it" can you elaborate further? Honestly, if someone isn't getting bloodwork done, and interpreting it correctly, then they are doing a disservice to themselves imoI especially like this "There are peptide you feel right away, some that take time and some not at all. Keep track of what and how much is going in. Be patient, keep it simple to track your stack" and find it so true

@WisGal64 Rythm breaks down your blood work. It’s not rocket science. They take you step by step through what the different results mean and how you can improve. In 3 months all but one of my markers are within range after half were out of range. Peptides are the future for health if our government doesn’t mess it up
