The peptides should meets three criteria.

    1. Relatively quick noticeable effects.
    2. Highly titratable.
    3. No blood work needed for a basic starter.

Depends on your goals? Also what was easy for me could be horrible for others. Fast titration is also in that same department. For example i started my rs at 2mg of reta and had no issues really. Where ive heard people in the fetal position at 0.5. Barfing their guts out. Id also say 90 percent of the peps everyone uses regularly are cumulative results. Not like overnight. And tbh im not el mencho with unlimited funds to play with grey market stuff.
Glp1s however are almost instant. So theres alot of "yes this but..." or "yeah depends on you not me"

What i do before trying something is argue budget,Dosing annoyance(b12 is 1ml per shot screw that), side effects. Then go on to my 3 forums to see what people are saying their experience is. From there i compile a decent idea if its for me.

Stan has a GREAT point. IF you just want to increase your energy, it's NAD+ BUFFERED (make sure it says buffered), hands down! It's a natural amino that the body makes and you just might need a boost.

@Stan-Douglas LOL, besides trying to correct metabolic issues, it kind of does feel like a hobby.

                Mine where the following

                1. The gate way of all peps Reta. It is just amazing on its own. Total metabolic reset if you can dial it right.
                2. Semax and selank. Lets just say im off all my shrinks meds.
                3. MOTSC energy was so good that I leveled it up adding NAD and later with 5amino 1mq + Slu-pp-322. All the sudden mitochondria bio makes alot of sense.

And they all cross each other. One example, I feel like semax got a boost since I started 5amino and even more with Slupp. Even Reta got a boost with just MOTSC alone. Even more w 5amino + Slupp.
