Throw Some Rocks - Thoughts on my Stack
-
@Eleanor
Thanks for your input.I did not specify, but I have been giving all doses in the evening, vaguely around supper time.
I am not sure if there is a benefit one way or another for evening vs morning.
The rabbit eats early evening then no food until ~11 am (except for a dose of caffeine with a little protein powder mixed in at 6-7am), so thinking was that the peptides would start making their rounds shortly after digestion had gone to work and then have hours to play around. Certainly no medical education behind it. I am a rocket scientist, not a brain sugeon, Jim! (bad quote of a proper engineer).
I have seen such a wide range of recommendations for the Cartalax, some that max at 2mg, some that start there and go to 5mg daily. My plan is to ramp fairly quickly with the hope of seeing some effect, but not so quickly that I cannot bail if there are issues. So far the rabbit seems quite tolerant of just about anything stuck in him except alcohol.
I did not know you could still get DMSO! I will look into that. I assume vet or farm stores?
@pmcelveen Cartalax shows dose-dependent effect. The minimum effective dose would be around 0.4mg a day and the max is unknown but the Russian filing puts it at 0.1mg per kg a day, which would be around 9mg a day for 200lb person.

Double your dosage of bpc/tb and then take it AM and PM before bed, your body repairs itself best when you are sleeping.
Increase the Cartalax as much as you can afford, 5mg would not hurt you, take it before bed as well.
Add KPV might as well as attack inflammation, 1mg
increase the GHKCU to 3mg per day
Add HGH 2IU before bed fasted. -

Can you elaborate on the last line - what is 2IU and "before bed fasted"
I thought the BPC/TP did deal with inflammation, what is the super power of KPV and should it be local or abdomen pin site and morning or evening
Cheers -
2 doses of bpc/tb 1mg ea am and before bed load up on it you have multiple areas to heal!
If your in pain KPV has full system effect on inflammation pin it in abdomen at night. I have used it at night an in am same dose as bpc/tbHGH is measured in IUs 1mg equals 3 IUs, significant improvement in joints and healing! it is the goat of peptides used by many pro bodybuilders and declines in the body with age. you do have to test your blood sugar levels with it in AM daily. it does it best job when injected sub Q abdomen half hour before bed fasted for 2 hours prior. Taking it with food will jack your blood sugar levels.
My Rat followed a 2 month protocal that I gave your with cartalax, had previous rotator cuff injury and pain when lifting weights, and a previously blew out my knee and had been in pain up and down stairs for years. now I am pain free most of the time, going to run this protocal again with cartalax in about a month hoping to solve some creeky knee issues.

I have added KPV (shipping at moment).
Also looking at bumping up GHK-Cu and Cartalax.
Since I have been alternating Elbow/Knee may increase overall daily BPC (maybe not quite to double) and pin one in AM, one in PM. Thoughts?
I want to give all that some time to become routine before I even start thinking about the HGH addition at the moment. -
@brandenscheidecker I love the way you think. I was skeptical of Glow and Klow after I started the wolverine stack last year, thinking, “Well, it’s all just anti-inflammatory”, but my results speak for themselves.
Klow is in my ‘til I die’ stack. And dialing up doses is going to be part of my cat’s research project.

HGH and related GHRH/P are good temporarily in bursts to promote some re-growth of declined or damaged tissues or organs. For the long-run, higher HGH and downstream higher IGF-1 are not good for the longevity, multiple study have shown. Longevity is strongly associated with lower IGF-1 in general, which makes sense. The older you become the less of new growth you need. I would also consider pairing such interventions with a strong anti-cancer treatments like TA-1, antioxidants, etc.

Thoughts on pin cushion syndrome avoidance?
Now that I have added KPV to the mix the poor rabbit gets 4 holes each evening plus an extra on Sun and Wed for the TB500.
Can you draw KPV, BPC and GHK into the same syringe for example
If so what would be the proper way to do that? -
Randy has a video on this. I would recommend rather loading them into the same pen in whatever concentration you like. These are sold as blends, so presumably they play well together in a single solution. TBH, loading that many syringes would suck for me. I’ve done as many as 3 for my bride’s rat and even 2 a day is a pain in the ass.
FWIW, I have done as many as 6 pins in close proximity, e.g. 3 o’clock 2” away from navel, without any major issues. Just rotate locations every day so you aren’t pinning the exact same spot, and if you get ISR, give that area a break.
Embrace the pen!
