No offense to those of you who benefit from these, but I'm relieved I bought only 2, 10mg vials of Pinealon and Epitalon (however it's spelled). After the reaction I had taking only 1/3 of the starting dose the last 2 days, I'm better off without them. I'll keep the one vial of Epi, in case some day I develop sleep problems.

I'll keep the daily NAD+ buf in AM and Cartalax in PM. On Thursday I'll also take the Survo and Friday the Tirz.

I'm after the SS-31 tx. I'll start it Labor Day weekend at 1/2 dose to make sure there's no immediate side effects I can't handle. I will continue to take the NAD+, since I take such a small dose anyway. Will see how NAD+ does after SS-31 is done and then do MOTS-C at even smaller doses than SS-31. Will probably start MOTS-C T'giving weekend & run it up to NY 2027, IF I don't have problems with it. I believe @gym.rat when he said it's the one I should be most careful with. Could be if my mitos are behaving noticeably better and NAD+ is giving me enough of a boost, I might leave the MOTS-C alone.

The need to concentrate on the peptides & coenzyme that actually show immediate or near immediate improvement and not jerk myself around or empty my pocket book on others.

As Mr. Spock once said: "Wish me luck".

I take the Epi for the telomere lengthening not for the sleep effect.
If it gives you a bad reaction there is no use keeping it, toss it or pass it on to a protege you know personally?
