Just get some good sleep, REM Sleep. The deep sleep where you totally disconnect and dream. You will produce all the GH you need. Even power naps produce GH. There is a reason why you shouldn't go to sleep in a full stomach. The worse you could do is carb yourself to sleep. It impaired GH-IGF-I Axis and more.

If I eat more than a really small healthy meal after 8pm, my sleep profile is a mess. Stress is high (low HRV). Especially alcohol ruins it, the stress level then looks like I am working out the whole night. But a big meal too messes it up, especially with sweets. Stress/HRV on my Garmin watch is the best sleep tracking I have. Also with the additional data like SpO2, RHR and Respiration.
I tried to test GH in blood a few times but it's like catching the wind, completely random. We need something like a continuous monitor for it to see its peaks and dives.

@Randy Have you noticed a different from morning fasted vs evening fasted before bed?

There is an argument to be made that peptides to very little to help us (GLP-1’s, etc notwithstanding) and that the many lifestyle changes that go along with them - sleep, exercise, diet, etc - make most of the impact. Dr. Seth Capehart and others have made videos to that effect lately. Spoiler alert: those changes will also probably raise your T levels.

That being said, I am feeling pretty good about the results I have gotten with peptides, and was doing most of these things before peps but a lot of limitations due to injuries.

Second spoiler alert: The biggest thing killing your sleep is probably either 1) your addiction to your phone, games, porn, socials, or 2) booze.

Please set a funny and sarcastic signature line. It brings me joy. Thank you for your attention in this matter.

Using GH is definitely far far better than using IGF1 directly, but doesn't it cause the wrath of demigods of all kinds?

@vpeptides LMAO: Demigods: Basically just juicing. This just retconned my entire view of both actual mythology and the D&D pantheon. 😉

@quicksilver80 A man anything for one less pin. lol Personally GH targeting peptides are kinda redundant. There are far more cost effective ways to reach the same or better body recomposition. The best GH is a rest away.

@EXTROPIAN no like i think its actually against the rules to talk about on that page. Here idc. Randys regularly pro gh. If i had the money id probably try it before test. But with this economy? Yeesh.

The best stack I seen out here is CJC Ipa no dac and tesa for GH. I have a friend that is doing a protocol. His body composition is changing. His output at the gym is great but I personally don't see him gaining like test booster supplement that you can buy over the counter. I got him for the protocol and it wasn't cheap, agree. And to think with just sleep alone.
