Tried this new vendor as I was looking for KPV capsules and they seemed good with pricing with 4th July deal.

Product page showed swanky white plastic bottle but actually they came in just a cheap ziplock.

    To make matters worse:

    • COA from ILS showed May 2026 date with exact 0.5mg net content. That looked a bit suspicious but I had read a post why it's difficult to measure net contents in encapsulated products.

    • The mfg date on the package is Sept 2025.

Reached out their owner and customer care. First response was dismissive. I pushed back and the next was 'sorry, here's a discount code and store credit for the next purchase', 'ILS doesn't know how to test capsules, we will talk to them'.... Huh? So why did you use ILS and why did ILS accept your capsules for testing and then issued a COA. ILS has a strike in my mind now with Kovera. 😞

    Lesson learned with $150!

Receipts. Package was sealed I opened it because I thought there's a bottle inside it.

              This is just wrong.

Just someone with a fridge full of research and a browser history that would concern my doctor.

@gym.rat Now Disguised has launched Eloralintide with ILS COAs.

I read about difficulty of testing Elora, and ILS claiming that they can test it but they can't put net mass of encapsulated product yet issue COAs with a perfect 0.5mg..... hmmmm altogether doesn't sound right.

@pep_researcher that is really shady and misleading. I am going to stay away from ILS for now. Too bad I liked their interface and pricing. The US labs are small and no one knows anything about them other than maybe one video. So some may be great, some may want as much business as they can get and showing the products in the best light possible helps them retain that business. Some of this testing is highly specialized and requires more expensive equipment like heavy metals and Endotoxins. HPLC is pretty simple to run and you can do it fast. I have my own comfort zone on this
