Nasal NAD+, and/or DIHEXA
-
Anyone researching Nasal NAD+, and/or DIHEXA on their rat?
-
What is up Snake? As soon as I found out I can spray NAD+, I saw it more like one less daily pin. Well lets say, I am still pinning NAD+. I don't think the spray delivery was as bioavailable than subcutaneous. Is it helping upstairs? I think so but I also made my semax and selank a little stronger a few days ago. Dihexa is next, but not until I done with Semax and Selank. Good stuff.

My rat tried it for 30 days, noticed significant cognitive and mood improvement.
-
I might. AlphaLabs has them for $60/spray bottle this weekend.

@brandenscheidecker which one?

I’ve been using Semax spray and Dihexa for a few months. I think i am sharper and have better focus.
It’s not like Limitless, but it is noticeable. My standard disclaimer applies: when making many lifestyle and supplementary changes, it is possible to credit one thing with a particular improvement. And i am nothing if not a boiling cauldron of supplements and enhancers.

@ResearchCat Semax and Dihexa side by side? Do they feel different? Is one better than thenother or support each other? I added NAD+ nasal to fuel it and also considering adding creatine nasal.
-
They do different things. Semax is supposed to help with mental clarity, focus, and learning, while Dihexa is involved in helping to form new neural connections and can help with age-related cognitive decline. I think Dihexa is more of a long term benefit to overall cognition, where Semax gives you a shorter term boost. I have heard Semax described as like Adderal without the jitters and need to knit 14 blankets while doing your calculus homework, but I wouldn’t know.
There are not a lot of sources for Dihexa. I think I got mine from Modern Aminos.

And yeah, everybody should absolutely be taking creatine. I take 5mg/day every day. Went up to 10mg for a while but there was too much bloating and water retention. Some Dr’s (Huberman and a wicked smart lady brain doctor) suggest up to 20mg for short periods purely for the brain health aspect.
-
Semax is currently being researched, and yes it is definitely a good nasal candidate. Also with Selank, depending on the desired effect.
-
I haven’t tried Semax. A friend is researching a blend and likes it a lot. He says it gives his rat focus, clarity, and calmness. Which is good because his GF is a redhead.

-
Sorry Selank. (Still can’t edit posts.)

@Snake-Pepskin As of now personally, Semax and Selank do compliment each other. You'll feel the difference why. Man if there is something better sign me up!

@ResearchCat I do 10mg a day of creatine split into 2 doses, early morning and later afternoon. Have you tried splitting it up?
