Just noticed there's anautomatic discount when you put Mots-c in your cart.

Just someone with a fridge full of research and a browser history that would concern my doctor.

@BeeKind Looks like it is due to less than % purity issue.

        @beekind Yes it’s because it’s 97pct. I didn’t order it for that reason

@BeeKind the good news is the honesty all around from Janoshik and Nexaph at least that’s how I look it

@BeeKind probably shouldn’t promote a mistake not sure it’s still occurring if you add mots-c it discounts the entire order even after you remove it. They may have fixed it I didn’t check today

@Stevepep I wasn't aware it was an issue or glitch when I shared this. My intention wasn't to promote a glitch.

@BeeKind I didn’t mean it that way It was me sharing the glitch just saying you can add and remove it and still get the discount, it may be fixed now but it discounted everything 25pct in your cart.

@Stevepep I just tried it, it only works if Mots-c is in the cart.

@BeeKind Figured they would catch it at some point. With all the money I have spent at Nexaph, I figured, what the heck.

Question for yall: so I ordered Mots-C from Nexaph on June 30th based on the test-results they showed from Dec/2025. I assumed they marked the kit down from $248 to $188 because they’ve had them for 6mo. I still have them in the freezer, but after seeing what you all were talking about, I checked the batch# and noticed it’s the lot that tested 97% purity on July 2nd (2 days after my order). So… should I contact Nexaph and ask about a return? Or ask about the additional $47 discount? Should I just double-filter these & roll with it? Should I toss these? What say you? This is my first order from Nexaph.

Remember: there are no peptides that can fill the emptiness inside your cold heart.

@Jake_PepTron Cain is awesome I would just reach out to their email he will issue the credit. If I already had it I would ask for the credit and filter and use it. My guess is it degraded

@Jake_PepTron Cain is the man let us know. It was just below 98pct i didn’t buy it but like I said if I already had it I would filter and to be totally safe start with a low dose. Just my two cents. Also if there were issues it’s highly likely we would have heard about it.

Also check your account the credit may already be there

Not exactly, the 188 is the kit price. Your cart should look like this:
                                    Cart totals

                                    Subtotal $188.00
                                    MOTS-C Discount -$47.00 [Remove]
                                    Total $151.00

. But that discount is only for batch MOT1006202026-19. If you got an earlier batch, it’s not affected, thus no discount.

                                      UPDATE:
Cain at Nexaph responded quickly and went ahead and applied the additional $47-off to match the current price. I felt like that was fair given the circumstances I mentioned above. Anywho, thumbs up from me w Nexaph transparency.
