Information regarding endotoxin limits is based on regulatory standards for pharmaceutical manufacturing rather than a safe injection amount. Guidelines for intravenous drugs typically set a maximum allowable limit of 5 Endotoxin Units (EU) per 1 kilogram/2.20462lb of body weight PER HOUR to prevent adverse reactions. For an individual weighing 90.7185 kg/200lb applying this standard formula results in a maximum allowable threshold of 453.59 EU/kg per hour. So even at 1 EU/kg per body weight would be 90.718 EU/kg for 200lb. Even a peptide with a 10EU/kg is still safe since it is injected once or twice a day. The Endotoxin Limit is Identical: The FDA and USP set the safety limit at ≤ 5.0 EU/kg for both subcutaneous (SubQ) and intravenous (IV) injections. So if you have a 10mg vial and you inject 1mg a day and the COA reads endotoxins of 10EU/kg. Twice the allowance limit. This means you are injecting 1EU/kg of endotoxins daily per hour. Now devide that by body weight.

"Your gut houses trillions of bacteria that collectively produce grams of endotoxins (specifically lipopolysaccharides or LPS) daily. These are the structural components of the outer cell wall of Gram-negative bacteria. In a healthy body, the vast majority of this massive pool remains safely contained within the intestinal lumen."
"The "Leaky Gut" Effect: Only a tiny fraction of these endotoxins ever cross the intestinal barrier. If your gut lining becomes compromised—often referred to as intestinal permeability—excess endotoxins can translocate into your bloodstream, causing low-grade chronic inflammation and metabolic issues."

        What peptides correct your gut?

        1. BPC-157
        2. KPV
        3. Larazotide

This prompt in an AI will get you what you need. "3.7eu endotoxins with 35mg vial, for 6mg subq injection. What is the safe dose limit for 200lb man"

@jamiegallien You can just consider it trace amounts in comparison to what you're can consume even at the finest restaurants with a leaky gut. lol

What? Now you want to get rid of endotoxins in you circularly system? Injected and/or consumed? Well then you need to optimize your liver, kidneys... Start w Reta. Reta will eliminate fatty liver so you can start filtering out all them food particles, endotoxins, viruses, pathogens and all the poison in today's 'slop. Leaky gut is no bueno. The weight loss is just part of what it really does. Amazing stuff.

Also, the FDA limit is meant to reduce the chance of reaction. You CAN have a reaction with even low levels of endotoxins if you're just one of the unlucky ones. Some people will post anything they have googled or "AI"d as truth. Be wary people. Don't believe me either. Do REAL resaerch and take care of yourselves.

Totally agree but there is some truth. Even if it is half truth. You will be half truth than none at all. It is what it is.
"There are many degree of truth, pick one and be the best at it.""No such thing as a static truth".
This is how I walked into these numbers in question. This was my thought process. I first was concern about taking all these peptides daily. Some COA claimed less than 5EU/kg. Now even if each of my vials were at 2EU x 8 vials That is a total of 16EU/kg of endotoxins total. 8 x10mg= 80mg total at 1mg a day per vial that is 8mg daily. Now further dilute/divide per kg body weight AN HOUR. Now yes it was questionable. I started with Google to Abucus AI and FDA and USP links. Were they wrong? Now you're going to tell me it's a special strain of endotoxins? Maybe I need to dial down on my nasal Semax, Selank and NAD+. And how are you not benefiting from this? lol

As someone who is only 128 lbs and immune compromised I have to be quite careful. Some of the numbers I've seen on recent tests would absolutely be a major issue for me.

@emkay Are you immune compromised by inherited genetic disorders, certain chronic illnesses, or medical treatments like chemotherapy and you're looking for peptide support? I do know someone personally who has hiv. She is on biktarvy, running grey market peptides and still getting results. It would be interesting to see their bloodwork after using the thymosins, SS-37... for viral and/or a stack for immune restoration.

Even 503a peptides have negligible amounts of endotoxins and aren't cheap. I am not saying to use peptide with high endotoxins loosely but have the numbers above in mind which are very much trace amounts if you do the math. Our bodies are resilient and even better when we take care of it.

Now im curious about the heavy metals, fillers...
