I was buying compounded tirz from a local compound pharmacy and it was always frozen when I picked it up. I thought that was strange because everything I have read says not to freeze. I used it and it was fine, take that for what it’s worth. I did question the pharmacy and they couldn’t give me any real answers.

@kevinfay someone on another forum(could have been reddit, I don't recall for sure) did a test with a couple of vials from compound ph, froze it. Months later, thawed and used it, found that it was just as effective. There were a few others that were going to do the same and report their results, but I haven't followed up on it. Now I need to go find those reports 🙂

In the trustpoint video interview I believe he said freezing wouldn’t harm the peptide same with Jano guy

Take it for what it's worth, but I too have read on reddit of multiple people who have frozen their compounded tirzepatide and used it stating it was just as effective.

"Once prepared, please aliquot and store the solution to prevent product inactivation from repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Storage method and period of stock solution: -80°C, 6 months; -20°C, 1 month (sealed storage, away from moisture and light, under nitrogen). When stored at -80°C, please use it within 6 months. When stored at -20°C, please use it within 1 month."

Yes, you've degraded it slightly. No, its not complete bunk off 1 freeze thaw cycle.

I can only share past experience. 10 years ago I use to recon facial toxins, prefill syringes, and freeze. They were still effective but the effects were shortened by about 10 days, so there was some degradation.
When proteins freeze the cells can burst. If toxins with the molecule weight of 150k can survive a freeze thaw cycle your peptides that are under 2k molecular weight have a much better survival rate, IMO.
I’d probably go ahead and use the peptides as long as there’s no clumping or cloudiness.

@WisGal64 @nuncles Yes tirzepatide compound subreddit regularly has people stocking up and freezing to extend BUD esp when our darling Eff Dee Aa starts sending their love letters to pharmacies.

But this is anecdotal evidence for tirz only.

@Newenough Nahh I prefer the rudeness. If they post thank you or sorry, I have to click the post in curiosity if someone has posted some 'meaningful' reply just to see there isn't. I would leave the selfishness and arrogance of the ignorants alone. lol

@pep_researcher yeppers. That's why I said they can take it for what it's worth.
