BPC 157 TB 500
-
Hello,
Can someone help me to understand if these two peptides can actually be in the same vial. When researching it I keep seeing degragation will occur and I'm addition to that you take BPC ED and TB 2 times per week. How can you follow that if they are mixed together? Thank you.
-
There is a plethora of information on the internet regarding both of these research use only peptides. It would be helpful for you to search and explore. Every lab rat is different, and researchers will have varying opinions on this. There are clinical trials for some peps, but overall, lots of anecdotal info out there
Also there is quite a bit of discussion on this forum. Using the search feature will help. By default, it searches by title, but you can change the criteria to posts and it'll search further.
The only way to be certain of how much of each in a dose is to keep them separate imo
-
Agreed,
There are a lot more reasons to keep them separate rather than mix them together whether they get degraded or not when mixed together. -
I agree with wisgal, wrt doing your own research. That said, there are ample videos and test results showing that Wolverine, Glow, and Klow can be blended with little or no meaningful degradation and most of the influencers saying you can’t are trying to sell you overpriced individual vials - while also still selling the blends that they say will destroy each other in the vial.
-
I qualify this by saying that I also buy both blends and individual to mix them together myself.

I have researched both of these for chronic SI Joint pain in my rat.
When I began, I bought the blend. I didn't see any relief in my rat. Then, as I learned more, I started buying them seperate because of one thing - I had no idea that TB4 and TB-500 have very differnt dosing suggestions. I started buying "TB-500" and following dosing for TB-500. I was reading that the half life for TB-500 fit better with a 3-4 times per week dose - which i could not do with a blend. The results for my rat were not better this way either. Then I came across information that explained the difference in TB-500 and TB4. The "TB-500" I was getting was really TB4 but the company was just labeling it TB-500 because that is what people were most familiar with... Sheesh!!
After learning this, and how different the dosing suggestions are for both, I completely changed the dosing for my research and the results are night and day!
I was told BPC-157 and TB4 don't give great results with chronic joint issues but my rat has not felt this pain free since 2019.
Keeping them seperate was still best for my rat. With trial and error I found that, my rat started responding to a higher dose of TB than BPC. (I also give him GHK-Cu)
The bottom line is that there is learning curve for every research animal being tested and with trial and error you can eventually dial in to something that can work for your specific animal. -
I see them being sold combined at different places but I don't understand that. They have two different protocols. BPC is daily while TB is twice weekly.
@Nuncles I had the same struggle with trying to understand. It's because some places label a peptide TB-500 because that is waht people are most familiar with but what they are really getting is TB4.
TB4 is what is in the blends that you buy.
BPC and TB4 are both daily. TB-500 is the one that is twice weekly.I also read that the real TB-500, that can be taken 2-3 times weekly, is not the best to use for my rat's specific issue. So I have to make sure I am getting TB4, which is a daily dose, and is best for my rat's joint issue.

@Aim I don't think this is correct. I order from Nexaph https://nexaph.com/product/bpc-tb4-blend-5mg-5mg-10-vials-kit/ This is the blend, and just about every protocol I have seen has the blend of BPC157 and TB500 as Wolverine. The protocol is daily and game-changing.
now look at the COA

@Stevepep I have ZERO education on any of this so I defer to pretty much anyone else. I just know that once I learned there is a definite difference in TB-500 and TB4, and I changed up my research protocol based on some information I found about the differences, I started seeing much better results. For my rat, one way works better than the other so I try to make sure I am ordering the one he has felt better using. (But I also have found that facing east and listening to the correct music when giving my rat injections leads to better results also so who knows! I latch on to any little difference that I may think leads to relief for my test animals.)
There IS a difference in TB-500 and TB4 so it is confusing when they are labeled/used interchangably. Are the differences enough to justify companies being more specific in how they name their products?? That question is way out of my league.
So glad the blend is game-changing for your research! -

Amazing. Just laughed out loud for this one. I have a better Reta response after knocking wood 3 times and spinning 5.

The premixed blends don't really make sense to me when they are 1:1. TB500 dosing is around 2mg per pin, and like people have mentioned the thymosin beta 4 and even TB500 in a lot of cases is 2x per week, and bpc157 is around 250mcg daily. A 1:1 ratio means you'll be getting way too much bpc or way too little TB500.

So glad the blend is game-changing for your research!@Aim Vendors care less of what they sell or how it's called or blended, or what information is on the product page, if it sells they are happy and uninitiative. I witnessed it many times. I hate when a company lists one product on the title, but COA is for another product, and description mentions the formula for yet the third product with a molecular mass from a forth product. It happens more often than you could think. I wrote to the companies many times asking them to clarify and fix this nonsense. Out of many times just one company did fix the mistake once, but that was too ridiculous not to fix (they claimed to sell 'animated' peptides instead of 'amidated' on multiple pages).
Concerning TB4/TB500, pretty much every company messes it up, and in many cases they are not sure what they sell. Labs are not better, COAs mix up these names too. I wrote to them, asked them, nobody cares. It's solely on you to check. -
Protocol selection guide:
Daily Standard — the most commonly cited protocol in peptide research literature. BPC-157 administered daily at 250mcg; TB-500 administered twice weekly at 2.5mg. A 5mg+5mg blend vial provides approximately 20 BPC-157 doses and 2 TB-500 doses.
Research Intensive — for protocols requiring higher BPC-157 exposure. BPC-157 administered twice daily at 500mcg. Requires a 10mg BPC-157 component to match the TB-500 dosing schedule (10 doses of BPC-157 at 500mcg BID = 5 days of research).
Weekly Cycled — emphasizes TB-500's longer half-life (~72 hours) with once-weekly 5mg dosing, while maintaining daily BPC-157 at moderate levels. Here's a couple of calculators; there's better one's out there but this will tell you what you need to know.

https://bpc157calculator.com/@jaminwu Since we are not allowed by the rules to post external websites, I won't. BPC157 and TB500, when sold, are in a 10 or 20mg vial, and they are each equal amounts, 5 of each or 10 of each. The dosage is daily. Unless you are buying these separately. If you have major aches and pains, the recommended dose of the blend is 1000 mcg. You then Titrate down to 600-800mcg for 6-8 weeks and take time off. At least a month is what is recommended. I can tell you firsthand, as someone who couldn't get out of bed after injuring my back, it works, and it got rid of my knee and shoulder pain so much so I run without a brace now and am destroying my times. This is one of the better peptides IMO.
You could purchase them separately and follow a different protocol, but that combination is probably the most widely used peptide combo, so I don't know why someone would do that.
