If this is really a concern. I am concerned about everything but this. It would be (nearly) impossible to introduce actual fentanyl into the process of making peptides, and if it happened, you would run the risk of everyone who came in contact with it dying before it hit the market. If there were actually fentanyl in that vial, is no one taking it? We haven't heard of a single person being exposed to Fentanyl due to a peptide. This just happened to be the one person who decided to get it tested and then reconstitute it, separate it into a separate vial, and send it to Jano, all while not exposing himself or herself. Seems illogical, but who knows.

If people are that concerned, go to Walmart or CVS and pick up Narcan.

Lastly, China does not produce Fentanyl its illegal, and illegal drugs cause people to disappear in China and throughout Asia. It's taken very seriously. They are heavily against drugs, and since 2019, this drug has the harshest of penalties. They do produce other substances that can lead to a false positive and also can be used downstream to create actual fentanyl.

One of my buddies who is a cop tried to help a homeless guy who was having a seizure and touched him; that touch almost killed him. Narcan saved his life. Just think about that and what it would take not to expose people during the manufacturing process of Peptides in a Chinese factory where they literally disappear you for possesing Fentanyl.

@Stevepep I agree with you in general, fentanyl contamination is unlikely a big issue here. I like that the labs introduce more tests, I have a feeling the tests still miss something important, but it's not it.
On fentanyl being illegal in China, do you know I have heard that all peptides from China sold in a grey marked are illegally manufactured and sold? They may be produced at legit plants but it is illegal to distribute them like that, so it is usually like a "somebody's nephew bribed the manager and they ran the line outside of the hours with their own raw materials" story. Who knows what could get in?

@vpeptides I do business in China and go there 4x a year this is so factually wrong I can’t even comment. It’s also out of context to compare peptides to a drug that has killed millions. GLP products are manufactured in China; they are simply amino acid chains. There is no secret sauce to manufacture these and they are not classified as drugs in China. China manufactures tons of research materials. I plan on visiting a factory in October. They aren’t hiding anything lol and that factory is gearing up. I do get where you are coming from; there can be all sorts of things that end up in Peptides manufactured in China at some of these smaller factories without much oversight. The ones in the main provinces are generally well run, though. Grey is tough; people need to be careful, and I too feel like the testing is not catching everything that can end up in the end product. The Endotoxin testing being done by some of these labs is a flat-out joke. Add that to the fact that the labs we rely on have pretty much all had issues. So there is that as well. We just all need to be as prudent as can.

@Stevepep I am absolutely no authority in this topic, just retelling what I've heard from other "experts", like that a cGMP certified manufacturing company can't sell the products just off-street. If you know more about it, please share.

@vpeptides There are 3 facilities that are cGMP that I know of (there are many more that I have no clue about) that can and do manufacture Peptides. I am visiting at least one of them later this year, as they are close to a facility I used for manufacturing nutraceuticals in the past. These factories are in the major hubs in Zhejiang and Shanghai, to name two. They have everything you would expect, with ISO standards for things like clean rooms, etc. They also produce the raw materials that some of the vendors use to make final products here in the US. How they are sold is a very different story and something I know far less about and can't even comment on. But you for sure are not getting Fentanyl from products produced in these facilities. One I know of just completed an FDA audit. That particular facility has provided peptides for several clinical trials conducted in the US. Keep in mind the FDA can only audit a facility for safety standards in China; they cannot suppress production. So I really am not sure what "experts" you are referring to; maybe you can let me know the source. They may be correct about certain facilities that don't have approval; I am just saying what I know. There is no bribing an uncle to produce products in the facilities I am referring to.

@Stevepep I actually found one video I listened to talking about that, he is associated with one of the vendor companies. https://youtu.be/yGUZBsULImo?t=2160 (from 36:00)

@vpeptides First mistake: believing a YouTube influencer trying to sell products.

@Stevepep she in an influencer, I don't know her, I don't listen to her. He is an owner (I guess) of a peptide company who tells a story, around on minutes 36-38. I referred to this.
Also, aren't we all here believing some influencers trying to sell products/services? If we are not, what are we doing here?

@vpeptides For me, this is a community driven by researchers sharing their actual experiences with nothing to gain other than helping other researchers. At least that's the way I view it. We even had a thread on YouTube influencers talking about good and bad.

@Stevepep True, but why are we researching in the first place? Somebody told us there is a research, somebody told us it worked, so we hope at least enough to try. Somebody offers it for sale, somebody tests it, verifies it. If we believed nothing of it, we would have no interest to be here.

@vpeptides We are beating a dead horse on this one. It's about one's experiences with certain peptides, protocols, vendors, accessories, and labs the good and the bad. That's just a few. It's shared experiences that give us some power as well, together. Look at the thread on Flawless; two people would have never gotten a good result if that vendor wasn't called out in this community. Why? Because of the power of this community. That's one example; there are many. People gained insight into Flawless and can make their own decisions. Another Kovera. Another LN peptides, my man @commander shared his experience and may have prevented a bunch of us from getting ripped off.

Lastly, the shared journey of what anyone can achieve using peptides, longevity, amazing health, etc etc. I am on this every day for all of those reasons and more. It changed my life, no shit.

F*ck man as I write this, thanks again @randy
