      @Eleanor I just ordered some, the new formula that has lidocaine to stop the sting! I’ll let you know how it goes. You could do sub q or IM but with 200mg/ml of Carnatine I’m going IM. It really depends on the volume though if you are doing 0.1-0.5ml sub q might be ok but I’ve heard high volumes of Carnatine liquids can leave a bubble under the skin and take a while to dissipate subQ. You could always start with a small amount to test your reaction.

      I’ve always gone IM with L-car . What would your dose look like is the question, if it’s closer to 1ml and up then I would suggest IM and get the new formula because Carnatine is the king of all ph stingers for injections, but it’s one of my favourites.

        @bfuller Thanks for letting me know. I've decided against trying anything new considering the 106 temps we're having here and a tropical storm coming in, think I'll just skip it.
