Auto Pens

I have a few auto injector pens two Gansulin and a Convi pen and all seem to have the same issue. They work fine for a bit and then they dont dispense anything (or very little) instead of clicking down they just go to zero. Not sure if I'm doing something wrong or if they are broken. The pens are fairly new only a month old. Is anyone familiar with this behavior and knows what is happening or how to fix?

I was having a bunch of issues and then switched from 33G to 31G, and it fixed the issue with my Gansulin. I missed it in the product description. I think it has to do with the smaller gauge creating too much pressure. Not sure if this helps.

I wish it was that, I'm using 31G already.

I had trouble with my new Gansulin. I was using carts from Amazon. I ordered some from Peptide Critic and it works just fine. They can be touchy if the cart isn’t just perfect in there. No issues since switching carts

I am just starting out, and today was day 2 of injecting Wolverine in my shiny new Gansulin. I dialed it up to 10 units and triggered it. I thought that I was all done, but when I withdrew the needle, quite a bit of liquid continued to spray out. Not sure if I just needed to leave it in longer, need a longer needle, or if something is wrong.

Thoughts?

I think you are probably already doing this but...I have found that if I "pre purge" a newly filled cartridge from the filler block before I put it in my convi pen it is much smoother. There are times when that stopper is "sticky" or a little more difficult to get started when it is new. So when you have your breather needle still after filling the new cartridge, just push that silicone stopper up to purge the air out and hopefully it will be much smoother for you and take pressure off of the pen mechanism.

Thanks, Bronz. I purged the air after filtering into the cartridge and putting it into the pen, per Randy’s video. Yesterday was only five units while today was ten.

Mine are from amazon I'll try another source to see if that helps thanks.

Anything less than 10 units on these autos and you are asking for issues.

I just refunded a dingbat who was mad his gansulin wasnt delivering 5 units and would stop after 3. Who argues about accuracy and then thinks 5 units is a good idea with barrel loss and seepage? You can lead a horse to water....

@Bronze41 you just have to be careful purging outside of the pen because if that 11mm stopper gets crooked at all you have to add air to straighten it out and purge again.

@Randy Completely user error but had my first pen casualty today in one of my V4’s. It seemed like it’s just wasn’t moving so I used my peptide muscles and it’s now stuck. Turns out the rubber stopper got crooked. Oh well just have to order more pens!
