How interesting that The Statement is no longer on Crush homepage.
Unfortunately, Flawless charges a $35 'restocking fee' and other goodies. See their Policies, Return and Refunds.
Haven't checked the others; they probably charge as well. What a joke.

@Eleanor I contacted Crush to request a return with a video clearly showing something was not dissolving in the vial after reconstituting it with 2ml of Hospira.
Duncan got me a shipping label and I sent 6 vials back and after seeing they received it on tracking, I nudged him for my refund and he just wrote that he will refund my card for the full amount I paid.
I ended up buying a new kit from Nexaph who just happened to be having a real sale which got me 10 for around the refund of the 6. Most importantly I have never had anything undissolved in a vial or asked for a refund from Nexaph.
Crush stood tall as long as my refund goes through today. I am only out some Hospira and some time but gained the experience that I am sharing today. Whatever happened, I strongly suggest forgiveness as nobody is perfect and things happen.

"Important dilution note: Cloudiness after dilution is most commonly associated with non-pharmaceutical-grade dilution solution. Cloudy product concerns are not eligible for refund unless Pfizer pharmaceutical-grade dilution solution was used."

Game of Hop Scotch. Still BOYCOTT for me.

@Eleanor I’ve often wondered about sites that sell their own BAC vials. If there’s an issue with cloudiness or reconstitution while using their branded material, would they still say you should have used only pharmaceutical-grade products instead of what they sold you? That question has been on my mind lately with the recent reconstitution issues.

@Steiny Glacier says you have to use their bac for them to accept a return.

Why is Rory selling the company now? I'm a big fan of Crush and what Rory has done for testing. Sort of bummed he's getting out and becoming an advisor to new owner.

@sternmd It's a lot of headache to run a business, deal with customers complaining about products blah. Plus if he's not looking to build multiple mansions on the peptide business, it makes sense to do exit after establishing customer base and become advisor with less headache and still some money. 🙂

Who knows maybe he will start a telehealth, if FDA finally move the popular compounds to cat 1. 🤞

@pep_researcher yeah - all respect to that dude. Honestly, he's the GOAT and so many other vendors and researchers owe alot to him, his testing rigor, and even his pen education. Wish him the best. A+ guy and I have had nothing but great success ordering there.

@steiny Note this is not just pharma grade but PFIZER pharma grade. they thought to get away with it not using the name HOSPIRA.

@sternmd He posted yesterday that in order for the company to grow it needed more time, management and resources than he could provide. He's going back to his engineering job. He's also starting a skin care line with his daughter.

@DocCherie you could tell the company needed deeper pockets with the ebb and flow of drops and sales and inventory constraints. Rory really did a lot for peptides and should be remembered as such. Hopefully he stays involved

Has anyone used their CC with Crush? I just found a charge from the payment processor Antone they use for 8/6. It's for over $300 and I haven't placed any orders with them since May!

Got it taken care of 🙂 .. the payment processor was reprocessing payments that they thought didn't go through but mine already had.
