L company is suing

The ironical part is the market has grown SO MUCH that it will take years if not decades for them to get to everyone.

Someone said before on this forum — they started it by moving APIs sourcing overseas, and now they are mad that others started getting from there bypassing L company bank accounts.

Best of luck!

All those companies have one thing in common. They list the product as "retatrutide' rather than the alternative name like all other companies do. Not sure if that played in part
@Goofy it does the case is based on IP it’s not an approved drug so doesn’t have those protections. These are not easy cases for them. My bet the regulators didn’t play along and they threaten to sue the government next. These cases may scare off some vendors but I really don’t think supply is going to be as affected as most.
