I'm quite confused, I know there have been conversations about this lab not being reliable for various reasons and now I've seen some comments where @randy is semi-reluctantly suggesting they might be as reliable as Vanguard, Trustpointe, AFI, etc.

There's a lot of vendors using them and I know things can change so quickly, but what's the score on them today?

Just someone with a fridge full of research and a browser history that would concern my doctor.

Kovera really showed their ass on the forum early on… then walked it back. Look at the original thread with the owner. I don’t think they’re bad tho. I will also say that every peptide I’ve purchased from either Ascension or Mile-High (both use Kovera) have worked out very well and there have been no adverse reactions.

Honestly, at the end of the day, what options does anyone really have? It’s an unregulated market! Janoshik is the apparent overseas “gold-standard,” but no one feels comfortable ranking US labs and, frankly, have almost no ground to stand on as far as vetting all of them. It’s one of the most frustrating parts of this entire peptide rabbit-hole. Hopefully labs get better PR teams & transparency in general.

Remember: there are no peptides that can fill the emptiness inside your cold heart.

@Jake_PepTron that is my understanding as well. A trustworthy vendor is a lot more important than a reliable COA. There are so many ways to get a good COA for a crappy product.

        attentiion is all you need

I have started using Kovera more and more since Jeff and I sent out a full kit of the Reta I bought from (the now gone Pros-Biio) to different labs for testing. It went to Jano (courtesy of Kels), iLS (sent in twice, once from me and once from Jeff), AFi, Freedom & Kovera. Freehold tested it at half the amount as the rest if the other labs, iLS, AFi and Kovera all were close to Jano. ILS and Freedom are out of the game as far as I am concerned (discussed in other threads), add AFi is only taking email orders. That left me with Kovera.
Kovera started off rocky, I suspect growing pains, but now has been reliable. I now they spent a ton of money upgrading their equipment recently. I believe they are trying to compete with Jano as far as quality in testing goes, or at least be the US gold standard…
The web portal is the best I have used out if about 7 different us labs. One thing to note, all of the US labs are really bad at communication, it seems they are all really busy and can’t keep up to emails.
So I decided that Kovera is my go to, AFi is my backup. But everyone has to decide for themselves. I spent a ton of money testing at different labs, and believe me I thought Kovera was going to be my last choice (I actually thought iLS would be first), but I was wrong and not afraid to admit it…
And Kovera never put Cujo on any COAs..

Please excuse my typos. Small Phone & Bad Eyes

@Commander As discussed, I am with you on this; the Kovera interface is great. I was a big proponent of ILS, but no more; it's like the grey market they are good until they aren't.

I told Kovera man to add LC-MS charts to their COAs. Until then I am suspicious of validity of their identity tests.

You are 100% right. I never thought of it that way, the Lab is Good until it is not. But at least iLS gave Cujo his 15 minutes of fame. Dam I miss the little guy.

@commander @stevepep So you guys have paid for services there and had vials tested? Nice! Decent pricing? Reasonable turnaround time? Positive experience? Lab reviews from paid customers are the only way this community will learn, honestly. Like I said, I’ve tried products they’ve tested and felt they were legit.

@Jake_PepTron I have a vial of mots-c there right now I paid $200. I don't have the results yet. @commander will have more experience.
