@stevepep I think the one exception is Jeep. I'm pretty sure they add extra Endo's. 😂

@Newenough that’s hysterical. That was a Janoshik test and at least they try to have the right environmental conditions to test for it.

@Newenough Endotoxins are very good for your immunity, didn't you know?

        attentiion is all you need

Wouldn't this be more of a lab issue than vendor?

I have noticed that some highly rated resellers test at the <5EU/mg level. That’s actually a fairly high amount if your rat will be injected more than just once a week, or if you’re injecting him with large amounts of pep.

Injecting a 10 mg dose from a batch with an endotoxin level of 5 EU/mg delivers a total payload of 50 Endotoxin Units (EU) into the body. This is a substantial amount that carries a high risk of triggering an immediate systemic and localized inflammatory reaction.According to FDA and USP <85> guidelines, the strict human threshold to avoid a pyrogenic (fever-inducing) response is 5 EU per kilogram of body weight. For a 100 kg (220 lb) adult, the maximum safe threshold is 500 EU. However, because humans are uniquely sensitive to bacterial contaminants, introducing 50 EU all at once via a rapid subcutaneous or intramuscular injection can bypass normal bodily defenses and cause the following negative results:

            1. The Pyrogenic Response (Endotoxin Fever)The most common reaction to an excessive endotoxin payload is a sudden, systemic activation of immune cells (macrophages). This causes a release of inflammatory cytokines (like IL-1, IL-6, and TNF-alpha) directly into circulation. A 50 EU payload can cause:Sudden Rigors: Severe, uncontrollable shivering or body chills that typically peak 1 to 2 hours after the injection.Spiking Fever: A noticeable rise in body temperature as the brain's hypothalamus responds to the sudden wave of pyrogens.Systemic Body Aches: Throbbing headaches, severe muscle fatigue (myalgia), and deep joint pain (arthralgia).

            2. Severe Localized Injection Site ReactionsWhen a concentrated amount of endotoxin is deposited directly into fat or muscle tissue, the immune system mounts an aggressive local counterattack. This manifests at the injection site as:Intense Erythema: Dark red, painful, and localized swelling that spreads outward from the puncture mark.Heat and Induration: The skin over the injection site becomes hot to the touch and hardens into a firm, painful lump as immune cells flood the tissue.Prolonged Soreness: Unlike a standard injection that fades in a few hours, endotoxin-induced tissue inflammation can throb and remain highly tender for several days.

            3. Acute Cardiovascular and Gastrointestinal StrainAs the endotoxins activate vascular pathways, they can alter immediate blood flow dynamics and trigger physical discomfort:Nausea and Gastrointestinal Distress: A direct side effect of the systemic inflammatory response, often causing sudden waves of vomiting or stomach cramping. Blood Pressure Fluctuations: The release of nitric oxide triggered by the immune system can cause mild to moderate drops in blood pressure, leading to dizziness, lightheadedness, or a racing heart rate.

SummaryWhile a 50 EU payload is highly unlikely to cause catastrophic or life-threatening septic shock in a healthy adult (which typically requires vastly higher levels), it is highly likely to make a person feel noticeably sick, flu-like, and physically miserable for 6 to 8 hours while causing an angry, swollen reaction at the injection site.

If you follow Krysia she had a great article about the lab testing on endotoxins. She has a newsletter as well. Although she got on @randy about Simms and their COA’s. You can find her X and Substack.

Here is a link to the article https://krysia0430.substack.com/p/endotoxin-passbut-against-what?utm_source=substack%2Csubstack&publication_id=7774139&post_id=212571189&utm_medium=email%2Cemail&isFreemail=true&comments=true&utm_campaign=email-half-magic-comments&action=post-comment&r=8xcjom

Oh Ya and it’s not some AI novel

Also why most labs shouldn’t even be testing for endotoxins. The two we try to avoid especially at this time. They don’t have the equipment or environment to do so. It’s garbage. So while people point to 7 point testing and blah blah blah the lab matters the most.

@stevepep, great and timely article for me, since I find it confusing how the different labs measure and report endotoxin results.

@mikebricker IMO endotoxin testing at US labs is a joke. Most, if not all, are false positives. You are better off relying on Sterility. They don't have the environmental controls in place to properly test, so they end up introducing them into the sample. There are endotoxins everywhere, on every surface. If you look at videos of these labs they shouldn't even consider endotoxin testing. I won't even get into the equipment and training requirements.

@Stevepep well ok.I guess you told me some news I needed to consider.
                    Thanks,
I was about to send my samples to Trustpointe but I guess I will bite the bullet and send the to Jano.
