        @EXTROPIAN
        I wished she'd talked about KPV & TA-1. Maybe next time.

            Quote from this video:
            Believe it or not, there are several peptides in existence like KPV, SS31, AR290, humanin, AODD9604, pinealon, SNAP 8, and thymosin alpha 1 that all have these baseline risks that I just mentioned, injection site irritation, etc. But they actually don't have any other common undesired side effects. And this is partially explained by the fact that many peptides are fragments of proteins or compounds that we already make in our bodies and that they're just chains of amino acids put together in different sequences. Meaning peptides are like little fragments of proteins. And proteins make up a lot of the stuff in our bodies.

            How do you like this line of argumentation from a professional doctor? Insulin is just a chain of amino acids that we already make in our bodies, so why would it be a problem to inject just a gram of it and go for a walk?

            attentiion is all you need

              @vpeptides It’s not an unreasonable question. Part of the appeal of peptides is that they are things that exist in your body already and which trigger beneficial effects. The case for using them is that your body isn’t producing enough of them due to deficiency or metabolic dysfunction. So as she mentions in the video, they signal your body to produce more of what it does anyway or helps it do what it should be doing, while still letting your body’s limiters control the maximum activation.

              As long as the peptides are pure, and no seriously deleterious side effects are found, you’re going to have a hard time convincing me I shouldn’t research.

                @ResearchCat The point is that "we already make it in our bodies" doesn't automatically equal "safe" or "harmless". The peptide may be natural, but the amount used and the way it is introduced may be not. Excessively large amounts of it being introduced to a body in unnatural way may or may not be safely metabolized. A doctor, or anybody knowing a little about biology, should realize that before broadcasting this ideas to the masses, in my opinion.

                All I say, do it if you will, but don't assume it's safe because it's naturally occurring, I would expect this remark from a medical professional.
