    @SublimePpr thanks for the response. I’m confused, based on what you’re saying, wouldn’t a gram equal 1000mg of ghk-cu lyophilized?

      Is making the serum from lyophilized ghk-cu is a good idea? It's far more expensive than cosmetic ghk-cu, and isn't just ghk-cu - there's the other ingredients that make up the puck.

      Pricing from my vendor:

      10x100mg lyophilized: $170, so $170/gram
      5x1g cosmetic: $116, so $23.30/gram

      I didn't want to spend 7x the money nor did I want to rub the additional puck ingredients on my face, so I ponied up the cash for the cosmetic ghk-cu.

          @Randy Randy can you recall how many mg was the snap 8 in your video to make the serum?

              @STATIEEIGHT ah I missed ‘kit’. Thanks for the clarification. I have about 3 vials of ghk-cu 50mg lyophilized that got some moisture in them, so I wanted to see if I could still use them topically despite that, but looks like it wouldn’t be enough to make a batch of serum regardless

                May I present to you my Elixir for Youthful Delusion. Use a little over a half gram of GHK-cu powder and a 10mg vial of SNAP-8 at 1.5mL. IMG_1459.jpeg IMG_1461.jpeg

                  Let us know if you see any difference. I’m especially curious about Snap 8. From my understanding it sort of has the effects of Botox? So I’m interested in what you experience using it topically.

                    @Randy

                    I made a serum with Watts Beauty Pure Hyaluronic Acid Ultra Hydrating Booster Face Serum as it has very few preservatives and I read something about chelating agents and how they bind with metals like copper rendering them ineffective in serums. In the case of The Ordinary, they used to make it with EDTA, but have replaced it with citric acid, which would also has a binding mechanism. https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/24934357/

                      @pensar It will NOT render it ineffective if the citric acid is merely used in trace amounts as a pH adjuster. If the serum's final pH is between 5.0 and 7.0, the GHK-Cu will remain stable, bound to its copper ion, and active.

                        You know I figured since all the serums I see are still blue and I read that if it’s not blue anymore it means your copper is bye-bye.

                        I do still appreciate the fact that my HA of choice has very few ingredients

                          @mrjoshua44 Please keep us updates on your Youthful Delusion Elixir. I'm making up some GHK-cu with ordinary later today. Haven't made to leap to buy snap8 yet but thinking about it. Trying to find others who have tried it and what their results have shown.

                            @pensar Yep, I've seen some that look just downright nasty and they still ask, "is this still ok to use?" Cracks me up. But mine is great! After close to three weeks of use it still looks fantastic.

                              @michellefouch So far so good. I think I can see a slight improvement in my crow’s feet but it’s hard to tell. Probably need more time using it to see better results.

                                I like this cream. Doctor it up a little, however you want it.
