Studz Might Have Good Product But Disappointed At Additional Charges
-
I was going to buy a couple of kits this morning and found that ' pkg. insurance' alone on just one kit is $20! I have never paid even $5 for pkg insurance from any vendor. Didn't even want to move on to shipping charge.
Sorry Studz, I'm sticking with Nexaph and the few others who are more reasonable in their misc. add-ons.

You can just un-select the option for package protection, shipping 2 day is free if the order is over $250 which I'd guess you are for a kit, peptidecritic will give you 10% off and you get a 3% discount using crypto.
@derekg1 I understand, but have had a couple of accidents, including a smashed shipment that if I hadn't had the insurance, they might have denied me. In a way, this isn't the point. Nobody I've ever bought from has charged $20 for pkg insurance. They're making up the discounted prices on 'insurance' cost. No thanks. Just bought from Nexaph - free shipping and no insurance cost.

@Eleanor Hey Eleanor, while we understand what you’re saying this is because we run a small margin business model, it’s your choice and based on the size of your order, 99% off the time given it’s a customers first lost package without package insurance we resend it regardless because we understand the feeling of losing a package, furthermore even with the package insurance we are still at least 50% more affordable than the next given RUO company! Please reach out to me personally would love to see what I can do for you

@Stevepep maybe a bit large of a claim, I haven’t taken a look through everything, but we appreciate the feedback and will look into other avenues of cheaper package insurance to help both sides out insuring you get your packages, even when lost or broken

@StudzPeptides
Sorry, but there's no way around your pkg insurance cost. Other vendors are small margin too and don't charge $20. I have no problem with you taking on a bit of insurance for your own protection but you're way out of line with this one. I think the highest I've ever paid was $3 and change. No need for me to contact you personally; it doesn't eliminate the challenge for others here who want to buy. Anyone who might want to make a claim against your product should be familiar enough with the process of providing proof to you that something occurred that should not have been a part of a legitimate process.
Here's the standard, IMO, or what I've found with the vendors I've dealt with:
Your prices are good, keep them that way.
No shipping charge on purchase of $200 or more.
Shipping fees under the $200 amount should be no more than $14, which is the highest I think I've ever paid. (Nexaph charges $10 with 3 to 5 days delivery.)
Pkg insurance in the $3 range. The points listed above is the deal I'm seeking. Should you adopt that at any time and your products are good, I think it would attract a lot more buyers than just me.
I wish you the best in your endeavors. Good vendors are always welcomed!

Thank you boss man! Like I said before @eleanor, I understand and we are immediately looking for a better insurance situation!

I unelected package insurance for my order this morning and saved $40. I have never had a problem receiving a package or having it arrived damaged. Might get burned yet, but definitely NOT switching from Studz.

Studz I love how responsive you are on this forum. Once you get your labs straight you are going to get so much of my business. I love your kit pricing.

Vendors should not charge package insurance for small orders. Fedex already covers $150 value and USPS covers $100. This additional insurance these vendors and doing is disgraceful.
Add additional insurance for high value orders, and do signature confirmation for all orders. -

Add additional insurance for high value orders, and do signature confirmation for all orders. While I'm unable to do signature confirmation, maybe some times on Saturday and Sunday. I agree with you 100% on all the rest. Sadly, Peptide Plugs does the same thing; $20 shipping and a $5.60 for 'processing'. Won't do that again.
