Looks like the same that I got from Flawless. Best advice is to start slow to see how well you tolerate it. Inject 0.5-2ml intramuscularly (IM) or subcutaneously (SQ) one to two times per week.
So I would start with 0.5mL for a couple weeks, then move up to 1mL, and so on. I'm up to 1.5mL (150 units) and I'm using a 3cc (3mL) syringe with a 25g 1 in BD PrecisionGlide needle. And that's for IM injections in my thighs and glutes. You can do the smaller doses SubQ, just make sure you're using an insulin syringe with a 27g to maybe 29g needle. Anything smaller what be extremely difficult to push. Also when you get to doses of 1mL and higher, I wouldn't recommend doing those SubQ. Your bigger muscles can handle a bigger injection without any type of irritation. The picture is what I use for my IM injections. Hope this helps.

These are excellent for smaller, SubQ injections. Would pair these with a 27g 1/2 in or 29g 1/2 in luer-lock needles.

@mrjoshua44 Thank you! You are spot on. From flawless . Anything you can share I should expect? I’m familiar with IM as I do with a small dose of test. Thanks again for your reply !

@bretfels No problem! First week you might feel a little uptick in energy due to the B-complex vitamins or methionine. Remember, you're starting off with a low dose, so let your body adapt. The lidocaine helps a lot too (their old formula didn't have it and could get really sore). But there still could be some mild side effects like short-term soreness, redness, or a minor bruise at the injection site. Some individuals report temporary mild nausea, a metallic taste, or a slight headache right after the injection.
Also, don't be in a hurry to push that plunger. Slow and steady, and don't take it on an empty stomach. I try and take mine about 30-45 minutes after eating a carb heavy meal before I train. And with the L-Carnitine in the shot, the carbs from your meal helps improve muscle uptake because the resulting insulin spike acts like a key to transport the compound into muscle cells.Once you slowly move up to larger doses, you'll notice that those initial energy boosting effects will level out, but you'll feel like you have more stamina during your workouts.
The last thing I would do before starting, if you really want to track things is to get some lab work done to get a baseline of your free carnitine and Total Carnitine.
