Hey guys just wondering if anyone has a recommended dosage of oxytocin for my female rat. Also she will be taking it with PT-141. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Did you ever find any answers or start researching Oxytocin? I'm interested in researching as well but looking for more information before beginning.

I tried the nasal spray for social stress years back, it did nothing. But neither did selank. I believe the sprays lose their potency quite easily. Amazon sells premix for about $50...prob not effective, but I don't think it would do you harm. If you make your own, it should be effective. As far as dosing, start with one spray to test and then titrate...or you can read the dosage on a premix and go from there.

I've researched oxytocin at 100mcg's nasal spray a few times a week along with pt-141 at 750mcg's subq a few times a week with semax a few times a week to see how it interacts with dopamine since I'm researching the triple agonist. I think it helps personally. none of the above have a blast off type of impact but all 3 over time I think helps mitigate the anhedonia associated with glp's

I have tried oxytocin in a nasal spray with no effect. Subq, I dont recommend i just felt queasy and gross. Pt-141 I did subq and it worked after some nausea.

Just someone with a fridge full of research and a browser history that would concern my doctor.
