My sister-in-law has debilitating migraines. She's having issues with insurance covering her medications and I wanted to see if anyone has found success with any peptides helping with chronic migraines?

Just someone with a fridge full of research and a browser history that would concern my doctor.

I will just leave it here. I still need to read it myself first when I have time to say anything, but at a glance it looks like an interesting reading on the topic.

Foundation first, eat clean. Suppliment magnesium complex, B complex, Coq10, ginger tea.... then consider an anti inflammatory pep. Never had the need to take it but I am sure KPV will be first in line.

Haven’t seen anyone sell it, but there is a peptide CGRP that is used in Nurtec. I have it prescribed for my migraines.

Tirz has helped a lot with mine just because it's such a potent systemic antiinflammatory. I have a few break through a month but it's definitely gone down. I used to get them constantly, like 20+ days a month, but did elimination diets and weeded out a lot of trigger foods over time. The rest are cycle related and my doctor and I are hoping once menopause is done they'll stop (my mom's did). Between diet changes and tirz though, it's maybe 2-3 a month.
