      I've been using one (20mm) vial spike for a hospira bac water and it's been working great. I only have used it for this, I don't have the threaded cap that keeps it sterile. I just wipe it before use, so much faster.

        I mainly use them on either my L-Carnitine or some of my amino acid blends, ones that are really thick and take forever to draw up.
